"Big room with a bathtub next to window. Cleanliness can be improved. Saw blood stains and hairs on floor. The wall is very dusty. There was even a used towel at the sink. The lightings in the room can be improved as well. Nobody cleaned the room or topped up water. No heater and air conditioner is only available in summer. The staff asked me to open the window to let the polluted air in to have air circulation. The hotel is next to a hospital and main road so the traffic noise is loud. Upon check out, the staff was helpful to help me call for a cab to go to Incheon airport."
