Ssince2789Check-in was confusing because we did not know we would not be able to leave bags at the guesthouse before check-in time. Additionally, upon being called and told to message with questions due to the language barrier, no one responded to my text message or WhatsApp message. Airport shuttle was offered but it was done rather abruptly/brusquely. The towels on offer were hand towel-sized, not bath towels, so make sure you bring your own if needed. The upsides were that the place was spotless, had complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast included, and it was near many food places.

SSunny72417The location is a bit far from Yunxi Station. If you have large luggage, it will be difficult because there are some steep slopes. There are some restaurants nearby, including CU, which are all closed after 9:00 pm. At the same time, the surrounding area will be relatively desolate. It is a new hotel and very quiet. It is inconvenient to eat and drink while living here. The hotel is very clean and there are good toiletries in the bathroom. There is a lot of hot water, the heating in the room is very good, and the floor heating is also good. Breakfast provides general supermarket toast, jam, cream, and coffee instant bars. After leaving the next day, we called Uber to drop off at the airport.

__WeChat267652****Overall, I had a very good experience! The receptionist was very attentive and responsible, and all my problems were resolved quickly. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful; when they noticed I wasn't getting enough amenities, they proactively brought me an extra set. The most convenient thing was that there was a supermarket downstairs, so I could easily buy fruit and snacks. This kind of meticulous and thoughtful service deserves a five-star rating!

GGuest UserPerfect for an overnight stay if you have an early morning flight. Lots of restaurants nearby. Most importantly, the room was spotless and in great condition. You can reach Incheon Airport Terminal 1 in about 20 minutes by bus, not just the airport express train!

GGuest UserThis hotel was absolutely perfect for my SBS concert trip! The owner is incredibly kind and speaks Chinese, so we could communicate via WeChat, and he always responded quickly. They offer free shuttle service to and from Inspire. On my second day, I had an afternoon flight, and they also took me to the beach and then Inspire, always right on time. After I finished at Inspire, they even brought my luggage directly to me and took me to the airport. I booked an airport transfer through them for 10,000 KRW, which is cheaper than a taxi and made things so much easier to arrange in advance. After the concert, getting straight into a warm car was so comfortable. Back at the hotel, I asked the owner to help me order fried chicken – it was his recommendation and absolutely delicious, even better than Seoul's! It was delivered right to my room. I'm still craving that flavor! There's also a marinated crab restaurant right next to the hotel. I ordered a single set menu which included spicy stir-fried pork and soybean paste stew. Everything was so fresh, and even though I had a cold, eating it didn't bother me at all, haha. The staff were super nice and gave me complimentary tea. **Environment:** The hotel is really good and very clean! It even has a large bathtub, which was perfect for soaking and relaxing after the concert. If you're coming for a concert and have a flight the next day, definitely stay here. It's much more convenient than staying in Unseo.

XXiner2The room was spacious and quiet. When I checked in and put on the disposable sheets, I found a lighter with Korean characters under the mattress. 😱... There was also an open package of unidentified food behind the curtain. 😓 The front desk service was excellent. 🥰 Downstairs is the shopping street. The airport pickup was impeccable. 👍👍👍 The drop-off service was late, and I almost missed it. ✈️ It was a close call, but it was fine. 👌🏻 Overall, it was a good stay!

⌘Aya⌘This was my first time staying at this guesthouse, and it was over New Year's. I understood it was self-check-in when I booked, but the check-in process was so unusual and unclear at the time of booking that it took me over an hour just to get into my room. If there had been a detailed explanation of the check-in process before I booked, I wouldn't have made the reservation. First, I felt that the owner or staff probably assumes check-ins happen during daylight hours. I checked in late at night, and there were no specific restrictions on check-in time. However, there was no lighting near the automatic door, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the instructions on the wall. The pre-arrival instructions only included an image showing the entrance location and text describing the room number. The room number itself wasn't provided via email or message beforehand; I had to find a paper that was described as being 'at the entrance.' In reality, when I arrived, that paper was actually taped to the building's wall, which contradicted the instructions and added to the confusion. I couldn't even reach anyone by phone late at night, which was incredibly frustrating. I really think the check-in system needs improvement. The room itself was as expected and generally clean. However, a major issue was that the hairdryer was broken. I only realized this just before checking out, so nothing could be done, and I had to leave without being able to dry my hair, which was very disappointing. I'm basing this review on my extensive experience staying at many accommodations. *The photos I'm posting were taken during daylight hours at check-out.

GGuest UserAdd the owner, Ms. Pan (Chinese), on WeChat – her ID is the same as the hotel name, skyguestel. She sends all the important details, which is much more convenient than communicating through Ctrip. Plus, if you want to extend your stay, just send her a message on WeChat; sometimes Ctrip shows no availability, but you can still extend. P1 is a photo I took this morning from the shuttle bus stop heading to the airport; the hotel building is directly across the street, so it's super close. 💙 I really found a hidden gem! Before, when I came to Korea, I didn't take red-eye flights, so I had time to go back to the city to stay, usually in guesthouses, rarely hotels. This time, because my flight schedule was terrible, I decided to stay near Incheon Airport after arriving late at night and then go to the city the next day. Since I was arriving so late, I was looking for a hotel with free airport shuttle service. I stumbled upon Sky Guestel on Xiaohongshu and immediately canceled my previous booking (which only offered drop-off, not pick-up) to switch to this one. 💜 After exiting Terminal 1 around 11 PM, just wait for the free shuttle bus. No need to communicate with anyone. The shuttle takes two stops directly to the hotel building. There are two CU convenience stores and two 7-Elevens nearby downstairs, making it super convenient to buy things. 🩷 When I left, I had an 8 AM flight from Incheon. The shuttle bus to the airport is right across the street and gets you to Terminal 2 in 20 minutes. Again, no need to communicate with anyone or make a reservation. For really early hours like 4 or 5 AM, it runs every 20 minutes; during the day, it's basically every 10 minutes. ❤️ Check-in is fully self-service. The door is a keyless entry, and the room has Wi-Fi and all the necessary disposable amenities. The room is spacious and very clean. Before I checked in, Ms. Pan, the owner, had already turned on the mattress heater for me, so it was nice and warm (even a bit hot, I turned it off later 😂) when I slept. As soon as I lay down, I didn't want to stick to my original plan of going directly to Incheon Airport after the concert and spending the night there. I was worried I couldn't extend my stay because Ctrip showed no availability, but after contacting Ms. Pan on WeChat, I successfully extended for another night ✌🏻 (A side note: my band, why did I travel all this way during the Chinese New Year period to suffer like this? 🙃) 🖤 Overall, my experience these two nights was excellent. I rarely write reviews on Ctrip, but this hotel genuinely made my stay comfortable. It's the best choice for arriving at or departing from Incheon Airport in the early hours.

AAmir_amiThe room was surprisingly spacious, especially when compared to typical accommodations in Seoul. It was well-equipped and remarkably quiet, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. A 24-hour convenience store is conveniently located just 100 meters from the entrance, so you'll never have to worry about grabbing snacks or any necessities. Plus, it's very close to the airport, only a 15-minute drive away.

GGuest UserConsidering it’s price I paid for the last 7 days of staying in this hotel, it’s okay but a few things I like to mention are.., I am saying not because I am a picky person nor blame anyone.  Here are a few things; 1. There were no A/C available whole 7 days and nights so I was pretty hot. When I said to the front desk they said it’s not available at all. It was my first time experience in my life. 2. There were a couple of broken tiles near to the elevator were extremely dangerous because we were tripping on the uneven surface several times. I wondered why they just simply fixed it for safety. 3. Bathroom door was so noisy when I closed it because the hinges were so rusted. 4. The entire room was too dark for me to find out my belongings. 5. The shower curtain was way too short to block the water when I was taking a shower so the water splashing out especially when there were high glossy floor tiles.
