www_eliseThe location is accessible and just beside the Exit 4 of Line 1 Incheon Subway (Incheon National University Station). Customer Service reply very quickly and accurately to queries. They even accommodated my request to receive parcels for me even after my checkout date. They are very organized!
Bonus: There's an ATM and CU at the Ground Floor.

Guest UserThis was my first staying here..arrived in the late afternoon via taxi, and the check-in process took a bit of time. Unfortunately, the swimming pools are only open from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM, so I was unable to utilize them.
The lobby is situated on the 6th floor, which initially caused some confusion.
My primary purpose for staying was for sleep, as I spent most of my time out. Upon returning to my room, I discovered it had not been cleaned, despite having placed the ”please clean up” sign. When I returned at 9:45 PM, someone, presumably a cleaning staff member, had removed my sign and left it back in my room. I was quite disappointed that my room was seemingly intentionally overlooked for cleaning.
Following this, I expressed my concerns to the front desk, requesting a different room. After some discussion, I was eventually provided with a new room.
Please be advised that the accommodations may appear different from the advertised pictures, though the rooms themselves are decent and clean. There was also a peculiar odor in the lobby area. Plus I made separate reservation for next day, I had to check out by 11 & check in again 3pm...

The hotel name on my booking was Best Western Harbor Park Hotel, but the sign only said Harbor Park Hotel. When I checked in, I asked if it was the Best Western and the front desk staff said no. It was only when I showed them my passport that they confirmed it was indeed the right hotel. Otherwise, I would have been wandering around with my luggage trying to find it. The facilities are what you'd expect from a four-star hotel, but the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast is Western-style, but there's no bacon or scrambled eggs, only boiled eggs. The only meat options were sashimi and some sausages, and it was quite expensive. The ocean view rooms face Incheon Port and are right next to a major transport road, but the soundproofing on the windows is good, so the noise isn't too bad. The hotel is about 200 meters from Line 1 of the subway, making transportation quite convenient.

Staying here felt like stepping into a work of art. My usual hotel was fully booked, and they recommended this place. Even though there aren't many rooms, the service is top-notch. My return visit reinforced how unique and special it is.

Guest UserLovely stay in Incheon — great value if you understand the location
I stayed at this property in early April 2026 and overall had a really pleasant experience, but there’s one important thing future guests should know upfront: this is Incheon, not Seoul. More on that below.
The apartment itself
Small but exceptionally well-equipped. Everything you need is there — a proper kitchen, and importantly for me, a comfortable workspace with a real desk. I was working remotely on some days of the trip, and the desk setup made it genuinely productive, not just a tolerable improvisation. The bed was soft and comfortable.
Cleanliness
Impeccable. Floors were mopped and towels changed every single day, which I really appreciated. The apartment felt fresh throughout the stay.
Location — pros
The building is in a business district with easy metro access. There’s a beautiful park right nearby — in early April the trees were in full bloom, which was a magical bonus. Our windows looked out onto a bridge, which made for a lovely view.
Location — things to know
Don’t be misled by the proximity to Incheon Airport on the map. Getting into central Seoul takes 1.5–2 hours by metro, so plan your days accordingly. A taxi straight across the bridge is likely much faster if you’re in a hurry. If most of your trip is Seoul sightseeing, factor in significant commute time. If you’re working remotely, transiting through the airport, or specifically want a quieter base outside the city, the location is actually great.
Noise
There was some construction happening nearby, but the soundproofing is excellent — I genuinely didn’t notice it from inside the apartment.
So
Clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartments with great service and a beautiful park nearby. Perfect for a workation or an extended layover. Just go in with realistic expectations about the commute to Seoul proper

The auto check-in was okay. I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in and their proximity to cafes and restos down below. A lot of variety for a small plaza.
I was there for nearly a week and it was really convenient to walk to the metro or stroll around and find what I was looking for.

I had a really pleasant stay overall. My flight arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, but after reaching out to the hotel, they kindly allowed me to check in early for a small fee (10,000 won per hour), which I really appreciated after a long trip.
The room itself was very nice and cozy, and everything was spotless. One thing I especially loved was how quickly the hot water worked—it was instant and consistently great. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. They were respectful of our personal belongings, which made me feel safe and comfortable, and they regularly took out the trash, replenished bath mats, and provided fresh water bottles.
The location was also very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stations within easy reach, and even a convenience store right in the lobby, which made everything super accessible.
As for the downsides, the beds were a bit on the firm side, though it wasn’t a big issue for me since I spent most of my time out exploring. I did notice that there were no bath towels provided—only bath mats—and basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not included.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back for the cleanliness, convenience, and thoughtful service. However, I would not recommend staying here if you’re planning to focus your activities in Seoul, as the location may not be the most convenient for that.

I was assigned a room on the third floor, and the carpet was a bit dirty. The facilities were just so-so. On the second night of my stay, an elderly tour group mistook my door for theirs and knocked, which was quite startling. I opened the door to check their key card and realized they were from the hotel next door. Since both hotels share the same front desk and are in the same building, it's easy to get confused. I'd advise everyone checking in to pay close attention (the front desk on the far left is for Wyndham Days, while the one on the right is for Howard Johnson. If you're still unsure, as shown in picture 2, Howard Johnson's key cards are orange, and Wyndham's are green). On the bright side, it's very, very close to Unseo subway station, and the fried chicken nearby is delicious. Plus, there's a CU convenience store directly across from the hotel downstairs, making transportation super convenient. I'd recommend it as a temporary stay if you're catching a flight. There's also an Olive Young downstairs where you can buy cosmetics.

11191911This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's right next to the ferry terminal that takes you to Incheon city. For just 3,500 won, you can be near Incheon Chinatown for sightseeing and dining in about ten minutes. My room had a sea view and a balcony; every morning I woke up, I felt like I was in Normandy. There are many seafood restaurants nearby, and a bike path along the beach. Running along the seaside promenade downstairs every day was pure bliss. This place will definitely be my base for exploring Incheon's islands. The front desk service was courteous and friendly; they even lent me a charging cable for free and gave me extra water. The price was fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again next time.
