We stayed here for one night during our layover in Inchon, and this is our 3rd time booking this hotel during our 16-hour layover Pro: - Free shuttle pickup/drop off from/to the airport - 10 mins drive from the airport - Morning breakfast (cost extra) is really good - Room is spacious and comfortable, we got the extended stay room, so it comes with a full kitchen and washer, and plenty of shelves - Drop off at the airport is fast, especially if you're flying out of Terminal 2 Con: - If you arrive in Terminal 2, they will need to drive outside the airport and come back in to Terminal 1 to pick up, which will take an additional 15 mins. When you have a crying child after 12 hours of flight, it might be better just to take an Uber. - You also need to reserve the shuttle ahead of time, and it only comes once an hour, so if you missed your 8:15 PM shuttle in Terminal 2, you have to wait until the 9:15 shuttle - Check-in was just ok, there were 3 check-ins at the desk, and all with different companies, and the self-check-in machine didn’t work; it took longer than it should Overall, we do like this hotel, and their breakfast is amazing. We probably would take Uber to the hotel and take the shuttle back to the airport next time.

The sea view room offers great value for money, with full amenities – it has everything you need. For reference, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The area right outside the window is full of eateries, which is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a pier where you can take a boat to Wolmido Island, and you can even feed seagulls on the boat.

This is the 1st time I stayed in a hotel inside the terminal. I have to say it was a very interesting and unique stay. I didn't realize some restaurants stay open very late and you are free to sit at the food court areas as long as you wish. Of course the later it gets it becomes like this oversized mall ghost town. I loved how it took me 5 minutes to walk to my gate. I watched TV in my room until it was 1 hour before departure time. I arrived 55 minutes early. Still Feeling refreshed. Perfect before my long 13 hour flight . I'm considering staying there during my both layovers to avoid having to stand in line at ticketing and avoid the security check. I usually stay in a hotel outside in Unseo but this is so much more convenient and the food is very well priced. Clean room comfortable bed nice selection of TV shows all in Korean but the sports were nice to watch. Checking in and out was very fast. They sell coffee up front. Just Perfect. They are located upstairs between gate 251 and 252 next to a high end buffet restaurant. About $45. Or just eat fast food for $6.

Excellent! The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spacious. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food. There's even an OY (shopping area/department store, assuming 'oy' is a typo for a local landmark or shopping area) nearby to explore. We were only there for a short time as we were attending concerts for two days, but we slept very well. There were 3 complimentary bottles of water in the fridge, so we didn't have to worry about being thirsty. If Inspire is still open next time, we'll definitely stay here again~

This is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again

Was a very good hotel! Very friendly & kind hotel staff. They allocated us a room on the to floor which was very quiet, other wise it would be possible that our stay would have been a miserable experience…… This hotel is primarily for group tourists from the Chinese mainland who were so extremely noisy and that the number of them was so way overwhelming. Fortunately, we did not have breakfast at the hotel - just cannot imagine that we could have had a peaceful time at the breakfast table at all!!!!!

Perfect hotel for those needing to spend an overnight layover in Incheon! Shuttle service is quick and easy and the hotel provides the perfect kind of environment. I was happy to find that an on-site mart was available with all sorts of food and toiletries (including meal worthy items).. For those willing to spend more money, there is also an on-site restaurant.

Good choice for early flight departure or midnight flight arrival. Has a 24 hours convenience store downstairs, lots of cafe and restaurant around open till midnight . Room is clean, has everything needed and has a balcony with gorgeous view. The only issue is a walking distance for 12 minutes from the train station with little slope up the hill. Fir me, with two 28 inches checked in suitcases is a bit tiring to and from the station. However room rate is unbeatable for USD40 a night, no complaint.

I was late for my flight, and the front desk staff (a guy) was super helpful. He called a taxi for me using his own app, and I didn't even have to pay! I don't have his contact info to thank him directly, but I'm incredibly grateful. Without his help, I probably would have missed my flight. I'll definitely go back and thank him if I get the chance next time. 🙏

This was my first time staying at this guesthouse, and it was over New Year's. I understood it was self-check-in when I booked, but the check-in process was so unusual and unclear at the time of booking that it took me over an hour just to get into my room. If there had been a detailed explanation of the check-in process before I booked, I wouldn't have made the reservation. First, I felt that the owner or staff probably assumes check-ins happen during daylight hours. I checked in late at night, and there were no specific restrictions on check-in time. However, there was no lighting near the automatic door, so I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the instructions on the wall. The pre-arrival instructions only included an image showing the entrance location and text describing the room number. The room number itself wasn't provided via email or message beforehand; I had to find a paper that was described as being 'at the entrance.' In reality, when I arrived, that paper was actually taped to the building's wall, which contradicted the instructions and added to the confusion. I couldn't even reach anyone by phone late at night, which was incredibly frustrating. I really think the check-in system needs improvement. The room itself was as expected and generally clean. However, a major issue was that the hairdryer was broken. I only realized this just before checking out, so nothing could be done, and I had to leave without being able to dry my hair, which was very disappointing. I'm basing this review on my extensive experience staying at many accommodations. *The photos I'm posting were taken during daylight hours at check-out.
