The service from start to finish was amazing!! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly, shame I couldn't stay longer but I definitely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back to visit! Before I checked in, did a little bit of shopping, ate lunch and visited the Wonder box it was so much fun! Cimer was needed and the art museum was also pretty! Thank you once again to everyone who assisted me xx

Great location for people catching an early flight at Incheon Airport. It’s only a 3–5 minute walk to Unseo AREX Station, with many restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and even Daiso nearby. The service is normal. Check in was easy just show your passport and get the room key. However, you only get one key, and the room needs the hotel key to turn on the electricity. If you change the other card will off the lights and electricity (saving cost maybe). The room is spacious, but my main concern was the smoking smell. Even with the air purifier, the smell was still there. (So think again if you bring your child). Overall, I recommend it for a short stay before an early flight, but not really for staying several nights.

Although I only stayed for one night, it was a very comfortable experience. The room was kept clean and had a calming atmosphere, allowing me to fully relax during my trip. All the necessary amenities were available, and I didn't feel any inconvenience, even for a short stay. The entire accommodation also had a tranquil vibe, offering the unique charm of a homestay/guesthouse, different from a typical hotel. It was conveniently located for sightseeing and getting around. Despite being a short one-night stay, it was perfectly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a smooth check-in and check-out process. Considering the price, I think it's a very convenient place to stay.

Great value for money! I was in town to see D&S perform at Inspire Arena, and I initially debated between staying at Cloud West or somewhere closer to the venue. I'm so glad I chose this hotel! It's only a 15-minute drive from the arena, there's a bus stop right outside, and a CU convenience store directly across the street – super convenient. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and the machines offer multiple language options, so no worries there. The facilities are all good, and there were no unpleasant odors. The room came with a hairdryer, curling iron, comb, disposable toiletries, and a mini-fridge. They even provided a 3-in-1 universal adapter. The shampoo and body wash weren't those cheap, low-quality kinds, and the toilet was automatic. The only minor downside was that the mattress tended to creak a bit.

I got to the room early so asked if they do early check in but was told I couldn’t unless I pay by the hour. When they saw me sitting in the lobby to wait they ended up giving me my room early which I appreciated but waiting to see if I would pay or not kind of felt like a money grab. Overall the hotel was okay just dated. I ended up in what appeared to be a handicap accessible room despite there being a tub in the bathroom. All of the towels in the bathroom were tattered and had seen much better days. No amenities in the bathroom or slippers which I have come to expect from every hotel in Asia. I thought I saw they had a free shuttle bus so I booked this room but it ended up that there is only a shuttle to the airport not from. But overall a good hotel for the price

I used this hotel for a layover at Incheon Airport. It was about a 20-minute taxi ride. I chose this hotel because it had a sauna in the same building. The body scrub in the bathing area was very relaxing. I was surprised by the diverse sauna culture in Korea. Note that the body scrub is ”cash only” and card payments are not accepted. I purchased an eSIM through Trip.com, but it took 24 hours to activate, so I gave up on solo sightseeing.

If you need a place to stay overnight near the airport, this is a great option. We landed around 10:40 PM, and by the time we cleared passport control and got our luggage, it was already about midnight. You can get to the hotel by a free shuttle that runs until 12:30 AM; we took the 12:12 AM shuttle, and it was right on schedule. It's just one stop, and then a walk of about 200-300 meters. Check-in is contactless. There's a small shop nearby that was still open around 1:00 AM. In the room, there were three single beds, even though I booked a room for two with two beds. There was a kettle and even facilities to cook something, and a washing machine. However, there was no crockery, just two cups. No tea, only two small bottles of water in the fridge. Everything was in good condition, the only issue was that the shower door didn't close properly. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel for an airport stay.

The landlady is delicate, enthusiastic and kind. The child had a small wound and was very careful to give cotton balls and alcohol. The hotel is neat, clean and quiet. The restaurant at the crossroads downhill is delicious.

Check-in was high on the phone, but it was late at night and responded to early morning departure I was a foreigner who couldn't speak, but he was kind.
