I stayed at the Residence side. The room was all right, nothing exceptional. The walls are kind of drab but you get used to it. The room is what Koreans call an officetel. There was sufficient floor space to open two large suitcases without blocking the way. I could hear a cat from another room. The breakfast really was outstanding. So many excellent food choices. Definitely worth including breakfast in your booking. Hotel to airport transfer was excellent. Just make sure you book it in advance. It stops at gate 8A if you're coming from Terminal 2.

The hotel room even has a washing machine and a drying rack! Absolutely amazing! It's perfect for travelers staying for several days. The room is very clean and tidy, small but exquisite, giving off a 'small but perfectly formed' vibe. Although it's a bit far from the sea, you can still catch a partial sea view from the room, and it's a quick walk downstairs to the beach. However, rooms are in high demand; I wanted to extend my stay and tried to book another night the next morning, but unfortunately, the room was already booked, so I had to check out.

Hotel service isexceptional . They let me leave my luggage for a few days. They also extended my check out time by one hour when I did not want any cleaning done, and upgraded my room. I stayed at the hotel twice, both times sea view, and so its pretty. The room itself is clean and aircon works well and its silent. Location is a bit further away from Incheon airport and taxi costs around USD16-18. There are many seafood restaurants around,the hotel.

This hotel is really clean, and there's absolutely nothing to fault. I've stayed at other places nearby where the water pressure was so low that showering was always a trickle... so annoying! But here, it's just great. The hotel views are amazing, and it's perfect for a walk. It's truly a charming hotel where my family felt as comfortable as if they were at home.

This is my second stay within six months, and it's my top choice for international transfers. The only problem is how incredibly difficult it is to book a room; they're constantly sold out. I've had to snag a booking in the middle of the night every time. **Facilities:** The room is small, just enough space for carry-on luggage. It has a TV, shower, and hairdryer. The hotel also offers coffee and snacks. My only complaint is that the in-room air conditioning can't be fully turned off and blows directly on your head, making it easy to catch a cold. **Hygiene:** It's okay. There were still hairs on the towels, and I saw some silverfish in the room. **Location:** The location is unbeatable, a million times better than sleeping outside the airport. It's on the fourth floor, directly opposite gate 252, right next to the Matina Lounge. Super convenient for travelers. **Service:** The front desk staff are very friendly. I had booked an 8 PM check-in, but we were able to check in just after 7 PM. Check-out is by 8:30 AM, but even with that, it solved a huge problem for me.

The actual stay was exactly like the online photos! The room was clean and a good size. It was reassuring to get quick responses whenever I had questions. Taking a taxi from the airport took about 20 minutes and cost around 18,000-20,000 KRW. There's a convenience store downstairs, and restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes are all within walking distance. Had a relaxing four days in Incheon.

Nice room with nice sea view! 3 mins walk to bus stop to take bus to the city. Only the water pressure in the shower room wasn't strong enough. Overall, very nice stay.

I checked in for a night because I arrived late and it was close by the airport. It was a super nice and quite a big room. It was also not expensive at all and it looked great, with a nice big bed and view. I also loved that it came with a bath tub after a long flight.

This hidden gem of an apartment hotel is incredibly close to Incheon Airport, making transportation super convenient. The multi-lingual self-service machine for check-in and check-out is a breeze to use. The room is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and stovetop, so you can even cook your own meals. The balcony view is also fantastic, and the space is well-designed. There's a supermarket downstairs too. I'd definitely choose this place again next time – highly recommend it!

Very inconvenient if you transfer planes in terminal 2 but live in terminal 1 hotel. We transferred in terminal 2 but reserved hotel located in terminal 1. We arrived at terminal 2 hotel about 6pm and was told hotel staff will led us to terminal 1 hotel at 7:30pm. Around 20 passengers got together and went to terminal 1 hotel with the help of staff. The staff was very nice and helpful but the whole process was very boring. We had to pass many gates to show passports , boarding passes and security screening. Then took 2 shuttle underground trains to terminal 1 hotel and finally arrived at 8:50pm. So it took about 3 hours for us to reach our hotel. Very boring. The next morning we had to came back to terminal two again to take our flight. So reserve the hotel located in your transfer terminal, not in different ones.
