The facilities are neat and clean, and the environment is good.

#positive #I was happy with the Room Size, Nearby Shops, Convenience of Transport, Mosquito Control Measures; The location is very good, in the city center, but it is too expensive, more than three thousand a night.

Due to factors such as the epidemic, the number of tourists on business trips is very small, so there are very few people in the lobby. There are no baggage attendants and no tourist information desks. I arrived on Sunday. I expected to visit the museum on Monday. I asked the front desk. They said they were open, but they were not open. The opening hours were from Thursday to Sunday. Closed Monday to Wednesday. The front desk casually gave the wrong information, which was rarely seen in hotels in the United States before.

Good location

Hotel/ room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. In town for daughter’s volleyball tournament, so we pretty much just needed a place to bath and sleep, but everything was great. No issues.

Property was nice. On-site breakfast too expensive for quality. Front desk staff seemed confused on the check in process and digital key didn't work.

Beautiful historic building downtown with friendly staff & clean facilities. Restaurant lounge downstairs with very limited hours, do not plan on nightcap (bar was closed when we left for evening at 5p and also did last call at 10p) or late brunch (closes after breakfast service ended at 11a). Very large room but strange layout had bathroom door opening into the the side of the mattress, just tight & awkward. King bed was comfortable but only 2 king sized pillows & 2 small throw pillow sized all of which were to small or flat to provide any support. Room was quiet with little to no noise from outside or nearby rooms/ hallway.

Everything was great up until we found out the thermostats didnt work and were freezing throughout the night

There were stains on our mattress, no body mirrors, no seating other than the bed and office chair.

This place is in a bad need of an update. Marriages have begun and ended in the time it takes to get up or down on the elevators. The breakfast has gone downhill and the staff is incredibly rude. My drains in my room ran very slow, and my room randomly dropped about 20 degrees one night I was there, and the heater would not turn on, so I had to just shut it off to warm up.

We’re in the lobby eating, homeless man was allowed to enter the hotel, proceeded to steal our belongings all while hotel “security” was playing solitaire on his phone. The thief was stopped by myself, until police arrived. Not Once did hotel management ask if we were ok or compensate. The children in our group were terrified and got No sleep as any kid would be worried after facing this traumatic situation. I would think twice about staying here as guest security comes second at this place

We stay gere whenever we are in town! Always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful! We opted for the snack and drinks add on for $20 which saved us from stopping for anything extra and got much more than we expected!

The location was great however the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and when I tried to make coffee in the room the machine spurted coffee grounds all over the place so it was undrinkable.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful building just off the circle. Cozy rooms and beds are amazing. Valet parking, easy and convenient.
