Overall, it was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. We even got a room upgrade! The hotel breakfast was plentiful, with options like tofu buns and meat buns. The location is excellent; the hotel and its surroundings have a charming, antique architectural design. The Meicheng Market Street is just a short walk away, which was super convenient. It’s a perfect hotel for exploring the local area."

"While on our way to Wuyuan, we chose to stay at the Wenlan Hotel Jiande Hangzhou (Xin'anjiang Branch) for two nights during our stopover in Jiande, Hangzhou. We were extremely satisfied and considered it an excellent value. Upon check-in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our city view room to a river view room for free. Standing on the balcony, the panoramic view of the Xin'an River was breathtaking and truly refreshing. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented, proactively offering guidance on local attractions and dining. Each day, they even thoughtfully provided fresh fruit and beverages. The room was clean and bright, with new equipment and fast internet. What was even more touching was that from the lobby to the guest rooms, every employee greeted us with a smile and was eager to assist. Breakfast was rich and varied, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, all of excellent quality. Overall, the value for money is exceptionally high. This is truly a hidden gem among quality hotels; their diligent, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service, combined with their standard operations, truly speaks for itself – they don't need praise, just satisfied guests. We really struck gold with this find, and we highly recommend it!"

"Traveling with family, I booked one standard room and one king room, on different floors. Both were originally balcony rooms, but the front desk said they upgraded us. However, the standard room was changed to one without a balcony, only adding a bathtub, and it was still on a different floor. I felt it wasn't worth the change. The king room with a balcony had a great view, where you could see the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Our butler, Zhang, was also very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel to my friends!"

This unexpected pleasant surprise instantly brought immense joy! The upgraded room was more spacious, with a well-designed layout that showcased thoughtfulness everywhere. Opening the window revealed an unobstructed view of Qiandao Lake, with its clear blue water and scattered islands. Every photo taken was a therapeutic masterpiece. All sorts of toiletries were readily available, and every detail reflected the sophistication of a five-star hotel. What's more, the room's cleanliness was noteworthy – from the floor and desktop to the bedding and bathroom, everything was spotless, even the nooks and crannies were sparkling clean, ensuring the client had a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Beyond the impressive room, the hotel's amenities also earned high praise from the client. In the morning, they enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the Milan Western Restaurant, which offered a rich and diverse selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Freshly baked bread, local Chun'an specialties, fresh fruits, hot porridge, and pastries were all available, with fresh ingredients and excellent taste – a perfect way to start the day. During their leisure time, the client experienced the hotel's wellness hot spring pools. The 7 unique hot spring pools nestled among the pine trees each offered different benefits. Soaking in the warm spring water while gazing at the scenic beauty of Qiandao Lake was utterly relaxing for both body and mind. The hotel also boasts a gym, outdoor pool, and cycling trails. "The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mountains on three sides, quiet and comfortable, very close to Xin'an River, the parking garage can be directly down the green road, there is a hill to climb next to it. The little housekeeper Jin Ling is enthusiastic in service. He contacted in advance and recommended the attractions and restaurants for reference. The set meal and tickets were also booked. The little housekeeper helped Zhang Luo, and also sent a supper dumpling. Good value for money, very comfortable to live."

"I highly recommend this place for vacation🏖️ First of all, you have to like a relaxing, peaceful, and sparsely populated vacation. If you like it, come here. This time I went to Hangzhou, I avoided crowded attractions throughout the trip. Drive a self-driving tour and find any place you want to go on the map. The place I recommend today is 1.5 hours drive from downtown Hangzhou. This homestay is amazing. There is a parking lot at the door, which is super convenient. The homestay is very large, a single-family house, and has front and back yards. The front yard is used for relaxation, drinking tea, and lawns. There are flowers and plants in the backyard, butterflies flying around, and you can walk directly out to the ancient town, but outsiders will not disturb the homestay guests. The service is really in place. After checking in, there will be a WeChat group to introduce you to nearby attractions and food. So thoughtful! ! The homestay is a single-family house with a swimming pool. The interior is super clean, not inferior to the quality of the hotel. Disinfectant tissues are also placed next to the electric toilet, which is very considerate. The hotel's disposable items are also quite exquisite. I took away the beautiful soap without using it, hehe😁 When I went there, it was 657 per night, with afternoon tea and souvenirs."

"On the way to Huangshan, I accidentally discovered this treasure B&B in Jiande. We were traveling at the wrong peak, so the mountains were quiet and there were few people on that day. The B&B is very stylish, simple and wabi-sabi, and independent from the world. There are many paintings and calligraphy by contemporary famous artists in the gallery, and I feel vaguely that the owner is a distinguished person. The balcony of the room is super large, with a panoramic view of the nearby mountains and distant mountains. When you are in a daze, even breathing is a pleasure. Unfortunately, it was rainy in the evening and I couldn’t see the sunset😭. Maybe it was full of negative oxygen ions and slept very soundly that night. The most commendable thing is that the service is also very good. The beautiful proprietress has good tea to share, the aunt is simple and warm, and the dishes are organic and fresh.
