Since we hadn't booked a pick-up in advance and the driver had already been dispatched, the owner personally drove to pick us up. The front desk was friendly, offering free coffee during our stay and a gift upon departure. However, upon check-in, the air conditioning in the room didn't cool down even after running for a long time. After complaining several times, they only sent a fan to the room. The room was newly opened, so it still smelled strongly, which made my child and I very uncomfortable with our rhinitis. Fortunately, we had a balcony, so we spent most of our time there, only entering the room to sleep.
