They proactively offer a hand with luggage when they see guests carrying it, and respond quickly to any requests. Their service is detailed and thoughtful without being intrusive – the balance is just right. The hotel is located in the heart of Simao city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring, finding local Dai cuisine, and coffee shops. The environment, hygiene, facilities, and service are all impeccable. It has truly become my reliable and comforting home away from home whenever I visit Pu'er. Next time I come to Pu'er, I will undoubtedly choose Deting again.
