Any request was met with a swift response, and that feeling of being perfectly cared for immediately put us at ease. Being 'on call' wasn't just an empty promise. Whether we needed travel advice, a taxi, or had a minor issue, a quick phone call would promptly bring someone to help, eliminating any worries. That's exactly the kind of stress-free pace a vacation should have. The manor itself is nestled amidst lush green mountains. Opening the window reveals a panorama of verdant scenery, the air thick with the scent of negative oxygen ions. Surrounded by the chirping of insects and birds, you feel gently enveloped by nature, and all the fatigue from city life simply melts away. Big praise for the restaurant's food! The ingredients are fresh, many featuring local flavors. Though homely, the dishes are prepared with such care, making every meal satisfying and memorable. There's no need to worry about your stomach being neglected while on holiday. The most delightful surprise was the friendly animals. The red pandas are adorably irresistible, and various other cute creatures roam freely, unafraid of people. Being able to interact with them up close instantly awakened our inner child; both adults and kids couldn't tear themselves away.

I temporarily decided to get off the expressway in Pu'er. When I found this B&B, I thought it had a sense of design, so I booked a room. When we went to the site, we were lucky enough that someone had canceled the room called ”tea”. The boss was very kind and upgraded us to this room type. All the rooms here are named around life, such as ”Firewood, Rice, Oil, Salt, Sauce, Vinegar Tea”, ”Sour, Sweet, Bitter, Spicy” and so on. It can be seen that the boss is very attentive. Although the breakfast in the morning is not as rich as that in a big hotel, the quality is good. Bowls of rice noodles are freshly cooked and the taste is quite good. Corn, sweet potatoes and fruits are all fresh. The most surprising thing is that the room rate of several hundred yuan also includes tea picking experience in the tea garden and coffee factory experience. However, time is limited, we only went to the tea garden, which was quite interesting. The children were very happy, and the adults also had a brand new experience. The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in. It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far. The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

A great experience in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy. It is very ok to live in. The front desk staff is very good and patiently explains the fun and delicious things around. There are also many places to eat nearby. This stay is really good, just like returning to your own home! The room is very carefully decorated, and every detail reveals care. The house is located near the heart of Nuogan Village. It only has one room, so advance booking is necessary, especially on holidays. The downstairs area is where you can eat; the owner is there, and you can enjoy tea, coffee, drinks, and meals. Discounts are available for meals, and the food prepared by the owner is delicious. The house itself is beautifully designed with a traditional wooden structure. You'll be woken up by roosters in the morning, adding to the ambiance. The owner also provides traditional Dai clothing inside, and there's a lovely little terrace outside where you can relax and take photos. Overall, highly recommended.
