"Our stay was excellent. First off, the service was incredibly attentive; they were available 24/7. We went to the May Day Night Market and got back late, but we could still call the front desk to put our fruit in the fridge for us. We also forgot a hair straightener and lotion, and the front desk thoughtfully sent a robot to deliver them to our room. Secondly, the hygiene was top-notch. My skin is quite sensitive and prone to allergies if the bedding isn't clean or the material is poor, but I slept very well and comfortably at this hotel. The only downside was that the TV didn't have a membership, and we couldn't cast from our phones or laptops (Apple), which meant we had to watch shows on our phones, which was a bit inconvenient."

"Just out of Pu’er town centre but well worth the trip. Accommodation ranges from permanent motor homes to cabins and even a Swiss style chalet. Our cabin overlooked the valley and it was spectacular. The restaurant has a good range for buffet breakfast and dinner was good selection of local cuisine. It is quite far from town so you will need a car to get back into town if you don’t want to eat at the hotel."

"The overall hotel experience was excellent. The room was spotless, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, including congee, noodles, pastries, and fruit, all fresh and delicious. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. The bathroom had stable hot water, and the facilities were complete and clean. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

SAINTONYThe service here is incredibly thoughtful. From the moment we checked in, Xiao Luo guided us with such warmth and enthusiasm. Any request was met with a swift response, and that feeling of being perfectly cared for immediately put us at ease.
Being 'on call' wasn't just an empty promise. Whether we needed travel advice, a taxi, or had a minor issue, a quick phone call would promptly bring someone to help, eliminating any worries. That's exactly the kind of stress-free pace a vacation should have.
The manor itself is nestled amidst lush green mountains. Opening the window reveals a panorama of verdant scenery, the air thick with the scent of negative oxygen ions. Surrounded by the chirping of insects and birds, you feel gently enveloped by nature, and all the fatigue from city life simply melts away.
Big praise for the restaurant's food! The ingredients are fresh, many featuring local flavors. Though homely, the dishes are prepared with such care, making every meal satisfying and memorable. There's no need to worry about your stomach being neglected while on holiday.
The most delightful surprise was the friendly animals. The red pandas are adorably irresistible, and various other cute creatures roam freely, unafraid of people. Being able to interact with them up close instantly awakened our inner child; both adults and kids couldn't tear themselves away.

Guest UserThis is the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at in China! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional! The manager is a really handsome guy! The airport pick-up and drop-off was a wonderful touch, and upon arrival at the hotel, the staff thoughtfully escorted us to our room, offering welcome fruit and various teas… They also took us on a tea plantation tour and a coffee factory tour, providing very professional explanations! We stayed for three nights and plan to send our parents over for a short stay later. The room was very clean, and it even had a forest view from the window, which I absolutely love. Everything was wonderful, and the hotel restaurant's dishes were also very unique! My only suggestion is that they could add some bread and pastries to the breakfast, although the current selection is already quite authentically local. This is my first time writing a review, and I'm so grateful to all the hotel staff for their hard work during the National Day holiday! 🌹🌹🌹

The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation.
The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in.
It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far.
The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

Nuogan Village is much quieter than other villages in Jingmai Mountain. As early as 6 PM, villagers were seen quickly packing up their shops to go home. After 7 PM, it felt like entering a silent world, with only the sounds of insects and the sound of the wind in the forest. Strolling around the village, the moonlight illuminated the stone paths beneath my feet, allowing me to breathe with the trees and walk with the wind – a moment that belonged only to myself. The guesthouse is a detached wooden cabin offering food and coffee, which is very convenient. The specialty coffee is surprisingly delicious, the kind that gets addictive with each sip. The food is also refreshingly light and served in small portions. The owner is very talkative and helpful, and has his own insights into Jingmai Mountain. I definitely want to come back again for the next Tea Ancestor Festival.

Anonymous UserA great experience in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy. It is very ok to live in. The front desk staff is very good and patiently explains the fun and delicious things around. There are also many places to eat nearby. This stay is really good, just like returning to your own home! The room is very carefully decorated, and every detail reveals care. The sheets are soft and comfortable, which gave me a great sleeping experience during the tiring journey. The service attitude of every staff member in the hotel is also super good. Not only did they welcome us warmly, but they also provided timely help when we needed it. Will come again!
