"I had a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside. One of the biggest highlights of the hotel is its calm and serene atmosphere. Being situated away from the bustling city crowd makes it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. The beautiful lake view adds to the peaceful ambience and creates a refreshing environment throughout the stay. The customer service was generally good, with staff being courteous and helpful. As expected from DoubleTree, guests are welcomed with their signature warm cookies, which is always a nice touch. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a good variety of local and international options to cater to different tastes. The hotel facilities are another strong point. The gym is well-equipped and suitable for guests who wish to maintain their workout routine. Families and leisure travellers will also appreciate the three different swimming pools available, providing plenty of options depending on their preferences. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The iconic clock tower would be more useful if it displayed the actual current time accurately. In addition, the pillows and bedsheets were a little too soft for my liking, making the bed feel as though I was sinking into it. While the hotel offers various activities, some of them are only available during weekends or school holidays, which may be disappointing for guests staying on weekdays. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside is a great choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat with good facilities, scenic views, and a satisfying breakfast experience. With a few minor improvements, the stay could be even better."

"My recent stay in the deluxe hill king room was overall a highly enjoyable experience, though it had a few minor hitches. The room itself was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful, peaceful view of the surrounding lush greenery. I appreciated the thoughtful additions like a clearly marked kiblat direction, sejadah, iron + board and the excellent, reliable wifi connectivity. However, there were two downsides to the stay, the toilet area had a slightly unpleasant odor and the parking logistics were a bit inconvenient since guests have to wait for a buggy service to access the carpark. Aside from these minor plumbing and transport delays, everything else was excellent and I would gladly return if these areas are improved"

"Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings. We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! We had a good time there!"
