I spent two nights leisurely exploring Puter Jaya before leaving Kuala Lumpur. I chose this place because it was close to the Puter Jaya Sentral Airport Rail Link Station, and it was as comfortable as a homestay. Best of all, the owner was incredibly friendly and gave me a water taxi trip guide, so I even took a boat ride to see the Pink Mosque. It's close to the train station, making it a great place to stay before heading into Kuala Lumpur from the airport, or when leaving Kuala Lumpur. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is a great option. I had an early flight, and the owner dropped me off at the train station early in the morning, which was a huge plus. I hope you stay healthy and I'll visit you again when I return. ^^

Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings. We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! We had a good time there!

Great location especially if you have an event at PICC, but just make sure to hound the agent for the QR to access entry

What started as a conference trip turned into a surprisingly lovely family stay. I booked three nights as my conference was held on Level 35, and my sons ended up enjoying every moment of the trip. The room was incredibly well-equipped for a comfortable stay…a microwave, two-door fridge, basic cooking utensils and pots, a washing machine with dryer, a spacious sofa area and two TVs. It honestly felt more like a home away from home than a hotel room. Dining options are another big plus. BBQ Town, Suki-Ya, D’Kunafa Cafe, Balqis Restaurant, McDonald’s, Tealive and 7-Eleven are all conveniently located around the lobby area. Alamanda Shopping Mall is also just across the road, making everything easily accessible. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay, with fresh towels and the beds made daily without any request needed. It’s the small details like this that make a stay truly comfortable. A wonderful experience overall. I would happily return! next time, purely for a relaxing family holiday. ✨

Breakfast had a good variety, but no soft-boiled eggs 😅. The pool area needs more attention; many plants are dead, which really detracts from the view.

This is actually my second time staying here ❤️❤️ the hosts are amazing, so is the units condition. They also left us a tin of biscuit cause we are the return customer ❤️ it’s very sweet of them!

Great place to stay especially if you have an event at PICC, but several mishaps really marred the experience. To note while parking is available and the guard will assign, it's basically treated as a free for all but the friendliness and helpfulness of the guard mitigated that incident at least.
