Me and my girlfriend got picked up at Congjiang train station which was very convenient. Right from the start the owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The accomodation is located at the back of the village next to a field where they grow rapeseed flowers and rice during the year. For us the location was perfect as it is very peaceful and quiet but simultaneously litterally a few steps away from the beautiful vibrant little village. The room was very spacious and clean with a gorgeous view on the field. The interior is very well matched and has great facilities. There was even a small laundry machine so we could do some laundry ourselves. So far during our travels in China, this stay was the best we had! There is a very stylish and cute coffee/restaurant located on the first floor of the building. This is also where you will have a delicious breakfast and where Ni Li and her sister will greet you with a smile every time you walk by. Ni Li, her husband Tao Mingqing, her sister and brother played a crucial part during our stay as after the first night my wife got very sick due to an infection and barely left the room during our stay. The second night I got foodpoisoning which made the situation even worse. (Not from the hotel!). We ended up extending our stay due to her condition. Luckily Li's English is very good so that helped us a lot in navigating the medical difficulties. We were extremely lucky to be staying with Li and her family as they took care of us like we were their own family. Preparing custom meals and dinner tailored to our needs every single day, preparing us tea, calling the local doctors and translating and taking us to the local hospital back and forth multiple times. We were there during the Qingming festival so no cars were allowed in the village which made it more difficult to reach the hospital. This didn't stop Tao Mingqing as he took us to the local hospital several times on the motorbike, one by one! The last time I even forgot a bag and he even went back to get it for me! He truly is a legend. Fortunately, my recovery was fairly quickly so I had the chance to explore the village a little by myself and spend time with Li and Ming while staying close to the room for my girlfriend. On day 4 my girlfriend's fever was coming down and she improved a little. Li and Ming invited us to have tea with them. Ming showed me his vast collection of tea and made sure to prepare the best tea suitable for our condition. The tea was truly amazing and he ended up filling a big bag with different kinds of teas as a gift for us! And that was not it, to make sure we would never forget them and drink tea mindfully the Chinese way when we're back home, they gave us the tea cups we used traditionally decorated with the blue dragon and phoenix. It was a very stressful situation and when we felt at our most fragile, they were there to take care of us, strangers they just met. This says everything about these wonderful people. Even though the illness of my girlfriend and the rough situation, we think back to our stay with a very warm hearth as our special experience forged a bond we'll never forget. We are incredibly lucky to have met Li and her family. We have said thank you to them 100s of times already, but I can't express enough how grateful I am for this people. Thank you for taking care of us like your family!!! ＜3 If you are unsure about staying here, there is truly no reason why you shouldn't! Whatever the situation, Li and her family will do everything they can to improve your stay. I'm sure you'll have a blast!

The landlady was very welcoming, and the room was nice too. I hope to come again next time I have the chance.

Staying at Sugong Wujing with my family exceeded our expectations! The guesthouse is in a great location, so convenient for the elderly and kids to explore the village without getting tired. The free shuttle service saved us a lot of hassle getting to and from the station. The room was clean and odor-free, and the mattress was so comfortable that my parents slept like babies. The owner even offered to help us with our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful and warm! We loved looking out the window at the stream, and watching the Dong village night view from the entrance in the evening was a treat for the whole family. It was truly a wonderful stay in the Dong village, highly recommended!

The B&B environment was absolutely fantastic, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The layout was cozy and comfortable. The owner was super nice, making our check-in experience perfect. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, we were very satisfied and it's definitely worth another visit. Highly recommended!

This guesthouse is a hidden gem in the Dong Village! We booked the top-floor room with a 270-degree view, and it was absolutely stunning! There's also a public viewing deck on the fourth floor of the guesthouse, where we found a little bird tangled in a string, freed it, and let it fly away. **Transportation:** The location is super convenient. Since the owner picked us up and dropped us off, we didn't need to buy shuttle tickets to the village entrance. Once inside the village, all the scenic area shuttles are free. The guesthouse is just a few tens of meters from where the free shuttle picks up, which is really handy. It's less than a ten-minute walk to the main bustling street. **Environment:** Our room had its own private balcony with a view! It was beautiful even at night. Outside the window, you could see layers of terraced fields and the silhouette of the drum tower. Waking up to birdsong in the morning was incredibly comfortable and peaceful. Falling asleep at night with the warm glow from the balcony lights, every moment felt like living in a painting. **Amenities:** The facilities are new and very clean. It has everything you could need: a bathtub, projector, smart toilet, refrigerator, sofa, and air conditioning. The disposable toiletries were also of good quality, and they even provided extra disposable bath towels for us. **Service:** The owner is a local, very enthusiastic and organized. They asked for our high-speed train pick-up and drop-off times in advance, and on our last day, they helped us transport our luggage to our departure point ahead of time, saving us a lot of time to explore a bit more. The proprietress not only prepared authentic peaches and plums but also shared a lot of useful sightseeing information. The room itself was clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches everywhere. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the charm of Dong rural life! I hope this wonderful place doesn't raise its prices when I visit again, haha!

It was already late when we arrived at the Dong Village. A friend recommended this B&B to me. She said the owner was very nice. The B&B was inside the village and the environment was very nice and clean. When you book a room, they also give you clothes for taking photos and handmade cards. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry to go home and didn't have time to do any handicrafts.

The service was really good. They provided excellent pick-up and drop-off service, from the high-speed rail station to the guesthouse, and then from the guesthouse to the village. They were always there whenever we needed them. They even gave us a ride back the next day after we went elsewhere. Superb! However, because we stayed in a double room without a bathroom, we found the bathroom wasn't very clean. The sink wasn't very tidy 😶, something to keep in mind.

The host is very nice and will pick you up and drop you off at the door of the B&B. He is also very easy to talk to, and the environment of the residence is also good. The aunt will clean and throw away the garbage once a day. The main city streets are nearby, which can be a bit noisy, but it basically quiets down after 11 o'clock in the evening. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Great👍🏻

There was a little hiccup because I took the wrong bus on the way to the B&B, but the sister at the front desk listened to our requests patiently and helped us find a solution. I almost didn't stay in this B&B, but luckily I ended up staying here. The environment is particularly warm and harmonious, and the white noise of the small bridge and running water is very pleasant. Later we decided to extend our stay for one day. My sister was very nice and took us to listen to them singing Dong ethnic songs. We felt the atmosphere and learned about the Dong culture. It was very interesting and really good!

The owner of the B&B is awesome! The self-driving car gave a lot of parking and travel suggestions, and took the initiative to help with luggage. The location of the house is very good, very close to the main street, and it is not as noisy as the main street. There is a small bridge downstairs and flowing water, and the scenery outside the window is great! The key is to walk a few steps to get to the free tour bus station. It is very convenient to travel. I don’t know if it is due to the off-season. The room is very quiet at night and the curtains have good light-blocking properties. It is very comfortable to stay here! ! ! #room facilities
