My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, with stunning views of the pyramids right outside the door. What impressed me most were the young staff members; they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Knowing we were tourists, they proactively offered assistance, going out of their way to help us with directions, calling a taxi, and providing itinerary suggestions.
Their kindness made us feel cared for even in a foreign country. We are so grateful for their help; it made our trip even more unforgettable. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Egypt! 👏🇪🇬
Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — just steps away from the stunning view of the pyramids.

The so-called ”pyramid side view” room actually only offers a city view. You can't see the pyramids from the room at all. To catch a glimpse, you have to lean out the window, and even then, you'll only see a tiny fraction of them. So, the hotel is dishonest and deceptive. If you want to see the pyramids, you'll have to go to the rooftop terrace. Definitely do NOT book the pyramid side view room! Furthermore, the area downstairs is quite unpleasant, and the Wi-Fi is poor, even cutting out at night. At 4 AM, you'll be jolted awake by very loud chanting from loudspeakers, so be prepared to be disturbed. The hotel clearly states check-out is before 12 PM, but the front desk insisted we leave by 11 AM! The only positive point is the excellent pyramid view from the terrace, and one young male server at breakfast provided outstanding service.

The staff are all very helpful.
The toilet and shower are also beautiful. There are soap, tissues and toilet paper.
The door has a key and a chain lock. There is also a safe in the room.
It was a very nice hotel. I moved to a different hotel now but I want to return to this hotel again (-_-)

The hotel and room were clean and gave you a feel of Egypt, and the shower had good water pressure.
You can see the three great pyramids from the rooftop, but unfortunately the Sphinx was hidden by trees and only its face could be seen! Breakfast is not a buffet, but an omelet, bread, tomato-stewed vegetables, and yogurt.
When I stayed at another Giza hotel on a different day, I was given a welcome drink and an introduction to the pyramid view, but there was no such thing here, and when I checked in, I was a little confused because I didn't have a reservation, but in the end I found a reservation. .
I think it would be a better hotel if there was more welcoming service.

Our stay at Families Inn Hotel was absolutely wonderful! As a new hotel, it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is unbeatable—just minutes away from everything you could possibly need, whether it's shopping, sightseeing, or restaurants. It made exploring Egypt so easy and stress-free!
What really stood out was the balance between privacy and top-notch service. The staff was incredibly respectful, giving us the space we needed to relax, while always being available—day or night—whenever we needed anything. That kind of attentiveness without being intrusive is rare and deeply appreciated, especially when traveling with family.
The hotel is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort.
We highly recommend Families Inn to anyone visiting Egypt—especially families looking for convenience, comfort, and genuine care. We'll definitely be back!

View of the pyramids from the first line - yes. The entrance and approach to the hotel is through a run-down and dirty alley of 400 meters, nearby there is only local ”color”. There seems to be partial repairs, but it seems not, crooked and unfinished. There is hot water. There is a heater. There is breakfast, but after watching the process, we did not want to have dinner. The owners are kind and smiling, as are everyone else.
