This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. The location was perfect as it was near the airport. The staff was friendly especially Miss Noel who had sped up the check-in process. My room was very spacious which can hold 5 persons. The room was very clean and the amenities was excellent. Overall I loved the hotel very much and would recommend anyone who has big family and want the space for their comfort. The price was reasonable and affordable. Thank you Hotel Allegra Lodge for having us. I am sure that I will come back again to stay at your hotel in the coming future. From a very satisfied customer. Regards!

Switzerland with my mother 🇨🇭 Because there are too many trips, the expectations of Switzerland are not high. I don’t spend too much time booking a hotel and I don’t think the price is quite suitable. The transportation is convenient. I booked it... But I saw the balcony at this moment and felt that it was too beautiful to exceed expectations! ! ! You can see Jungfrau 🗻 The hotel's breakfast is also very good 👍🏻 I highly recommend this hotel! The only downside is that self check in was a bit troublesome. I dragged my luggage to the reception to find the labor. It was quite far away. It took about eight minutes to walk.

The dirty braided brother and the young lady at the front desk are very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is good overall, that is, the breakfast is relatively simple, not too much to eat. Downstairs of the hotel is a small ski resort, there are also rental ski equipment and coaches, very convenient, and the scenery is very good! The room is also quite large, and it is perfectly fine to spread out four or five suitcases.

Near location to bus & train station-Interlaken West. Very satisfying breakfast. They give a blue card for free bus ride. I would definitely choose to stay here again. It's near the Interlaken neighborhood, surrounded by villa-type houses. If the weather is good, you can see the snow-capped mountains outside the window. There is a French-style back garden, which is very artistic and beautiful, and the scenery is very good! Note, do not book a single room of ten square meters. It is pitifully small. The other rooms are not bad, but the equipment is a bit old. There is also no elevator. Those who live upstairs have to carry their luggage.

Overall good, good location, good service, especially breakfast, you can enjoy it for free, and the kitchen equipment is also very complete, you can have a whole meal, the only downside, because it is a youth travel, the hardware can be slightly improved

When we first entered the room, we saw corpses of mosquitoes everywhere on the wall, and there were mosquitoes flying everywhere in the room. A few of them were killed and sprayed blood. The bedside table lamp was also broken. Fortunately, after contacting the receptionist, we were allowed to change rooms. It was very convenient. It's hard to imagine how uncomfortable this night would have been if I hadn't changed rooms. After all, I spent nearly 10,000 Taiwan dollars. I shouldn't have come here to suffer. I give the lady at the counter a big thumbs up. The biggest selling point here is the heated swimming pool, which directly faces the Eiger and Grindelwald slopes. It is open from 12 to 21 o'clock. If it were not for the swimming pool, I might not choose this one due to hygiene reasons.

The hotel has an excellent location, just an 8-minute walk from Grindelwald Station. Go down the mountain and walk for 15 minutes to the Terminal. After that, you can take the crane up to the Jungfrau Peak and start your climbing journey. Or you can leave the station and stay on the mountainside and walk for 15 minutes to take the crane up to First Mountain. This time I stayed in a triple room (with an elderly person traveling with me). The interior space was acceptable and not too cramped. There are many windows, so open the curtains and enjoy the beautiful scenery! Awesome! ! ! Breakfast is served from 0700 to 1000. There are not many varieties, but there is white rice and fried rice (extra points!) There are basic facilities in the room, including a hairdryer and no hot water boiler, but the electricity is low and the lights are dim. Completely experience the style of staying in a cabin in the Swiss mountains. Staff service is ok, could be more welcoming 😬 All in all, I had a good stay this time! My personality was ok! Recommended to everyone!

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies. Our room gives us a feel as though we are living in the lap of luxury! The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz. I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals. Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!
