One good night stay in this hotel. Pro: Room upgrade .Comfortable double bed mattress. Free gift -hand lotion Store luggage in a room locked facility Free wifi Kettle and cups provided Coffee/tea rovided Put key in room if check out too early as reception not open before 7am Fan provided in the room. Con: No free breakfast. Soft pillow but provided few pillows on the bed. Distance about 8 min walk from Interlaken West station No air conditioning in the room. No disposable slipper and toiletries provided-common in Europe hotel

The room is clean. Location is a bit far away from the main station. Service was good. The main big plus for this hotel is the amenities. They have an electric fan in room, given that it’s cool in Interlaken generally they still provided you a fan it’s very considerate. (They don’t have ac) the good thing is you have a common lobby on the first floor and you have access to water refill, microwave, tea bags, coffee bags, some snacks, and a common fridge to use. Perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I booked a room with breakfast included, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. Although the hotel description mentioned that there was no air conditioning, the room actually had a portable air conditioner, which kept the room comfortable throughout the night. I really appreciated that the staff had already turned it on before I arrived and kept it running overnight. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and thoughtful service made this one of the highlights of my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel was just a few minutes’ walk from Interlaken West Station, making it very convenient for getting around. There are several bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, and bakeries nearby, and public transportation is easily accessible. The hotel is a bit old, but it is still well-maintained and comfortable. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. They also offer free luggage storage, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily come back again!

Pretty good, but the top floor(4/F) has no lift. You hv to take ur luggage by walk up the stairs from 3/F to 4/F if u live in 4/F

The building is a bit old, but the location is excellent—close to the main train station and restaurants. Good value for the price.
