"Sorry it took me awhile to give my review as I just returned home. We are so grateful to Hey Hotel for saving our holiday in Switzerland! We had originally booked an Airbnb (to experience stay in a house) near the interlaken west train station. Upon checking in, to our horror, the flat is so disgustingly dirty and smelled rotten. Not only that, there was roadwork in front and the security to the unit is also lacking. We immediately booked our remaining stay at Hey and our trip was saved! The service staff, a bespectacled gentleman, gave us a free check-in early in the morning and upgraded us to the best room for 4 — no qn asked! We have clean room and best view. The breakfast has amazingly good spread. And at a much cheaper rate than the Airbnb which offered nothing but burnt spice, dirty broken toilet and sticky, greasy flooring."

"Beatenberg Resort & Spa offers exactly what I need for my vacation: a comfy and well equipped room, breakfast with wide variety, and extremely beautiful view. It took 20 mins bus from Interlaken West station to the hotel, and the bus station is just in front of the hotel."

"9.5/10 A perfect stay. Very close to the train station, walking distance was like within 6 minutes only, and if you take the bus (105) it was only 3 minutes, with less than 30 seconds walk to the place. The free sauna was an absolute highlight, where you could enjoy a one hour, free and exclusive (only yourself and/or with your roommate only) sauna. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, bathroom bright and clean, breakfast very decent. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Love it."

"1st time visit Interlaken, I choose to stay at Interlaken Ost. After checking red notes found Interlaken West more popular peoples to stay at that area, there are more restaurants there. Just few minutes walk from the train station towards the hotel. Checking in time is at 16:00, hope this could change. The hotel display lots of vintage items, nice breakfast and good customer service"

"Our stay at Hotel Krebs was great. The the room we received was warm and comfy. Also the view is the mountains could not be beat. Also the breakfast buffet was very delicious. We would stay again when get hers chance to go back to Interlaken. Also the staff at the front desk were very friendly and hateful. 10 out of 10."

"This is a great place to stay in Interlaken. Nearby Interlaken West is convenient to famous spots like Jungfrau, Grindewald, and Spiez. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and you’ll fall in love with this place that’s been around for over 119 years."

"Beautiful double room with balcony and spectacular view of the river ! The room and the balcony is quite big. We had a nice stay and the staffs are very friendly."

"Friendly staffs especially the lady serving breakfast and coffee, great location, big and clean room, upgraded our 2 single room to a 2 double room, really nice gesture. I had to leave 6am for a day trip to Jungfraujoch and was given a packed breakfast, really really appreciated the good effort. Keep it up !"
