"The hotel is located nearby the train station (around 5-10mins walk) and there are many supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff is super friendly, and has a very cheerful personality. Loved the fact that they provide water/tea/coffee options at their lobby, and they provide cutleries too (important if you purchase takeout sometimes). The view from the room is pretty nice."

"First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this."

"Extremely Friendly staff. You can genuinely feel their passion and will to help. The bed is quite comfortable with normal pillows and blankets you find at home. Closer to Interlaken west station so remember to walk from there. The east station could be accessed from the road along the river, but it’s gonna take 25-30 minutes. Overall a great stay. Recommend it"
