"A really nice hotel, enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is located next to the Sahara mall and bus stop and has transfer to a local beach. Hotel staff was friendly. My room was big and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast was good and different every day. Stayed in 2 other 4-star hotels in Emirates, this one was the best. The only thing that I didn’t like - it was quite noisy at nights because the windows of my room faced the road, so I had to sleep with earplugs on. But all in all it was a great stay!"

"The hotel is inside a mall, the rooms look like an office.
Indoor swimming pool, very poor and too busy, not equal to the capacity of the hotel.
I had a room with no view to the lake. It's good for sleeping and eating, but not for enjoyment.
I had a problem with the bathroom also.
Didn't enjoy my stay there."

"Having already walked around Sharjah, I can say for sure that this is one of the best options for accommodation in hotels that are not on the coastline. Yes, there may be nuances and questions about the renovation of the rooms, but everything is compensated by the opportunity to live practically in nature. You have your own lawn, your own veranda, your own table, and at least two rooms to boot. A gorgeous view of the lagoon. An excellent option for family accommodation. Definitely better than in high-rise glass buildings. The hotel is ideally located, there are shops, a park, and a bus stop nearby. The transfer to the sea is regular, we did not notice any crowds in December. There are no issues with food either, we took breakfasts, you can mix it to suit your taste. I am very happy with my vacation, the hotel is quiet, family-friendly."

"The location is good, very close to the exhibition center, but the road at the entrance is not easy to turn around, which is a bit inconvenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I am quite satisfied. The parking lot is free, but the parking lot is a multi-story structure and relatively narrow. If you drive and park, you must pay attention to safety. The staff is enthusiastic and professional, the service is efficient and considerate, the breakfast is also quite rich, and the price-performance ratio is very good."

"the hotel was nice i have couple of points to mention, please note that i have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights
1. the staff are friendly, only one of the front desk female staff she was tuff and trying to make everything hard for you or make you pay for extra things requested, such as extra bed, or late checkout.
2. the sound isolation between the corridor, rooms and bathroom is very bad, you will hear any one talking outside your room, or your next door room what subject exactly they are talking about, or even in the bathroom.
3. the AC was extremally cold (although am very hot person and cannot feel the cold unless the temp was below 16), since i had 2 rooms, one of the rooms was setting up the AC temp to 23c and the room temp was indicating to 11c, the other room was giving us a headache and the AC fan was always high (even if you set it to low).
4. during our last night i have noticed one insects (it was sooo small) but still they should maintain the pest control on regular bases.
5. the hair dryer was not working well.
6. there is magnifying mirror with light, but the light was not connected to the electricity and the lighting in the bathroom is not so bright.
above points was the cons points, and below are the Pros points;
1. all the other staff was nice and helpful
2. there is a lot of super markets and restaurants in the area, even you can cross the street and walk on the Buhairah corniche
3. strangely the hotel restaurant"

LLorienWOWWe returned to Sharjah for one night after a long trip. We chose this hotel because it was near the airport and decided that we would not go anywhere else. We walked from the airport in about 15 minutes (5 suitcases and a child). In early December and in the morning it is easy, the weather allows, but if you walk in the sun, then it is a dubious idea. The hotel is very good. We were checked in at 9:30!!! This was the best gift for us) Breakfast was paid for in advance, lunch and dinner were paid for on the spot, we were there on Thursday, got a fish dinner, it was excellent! On the territory there is a shop, a good gym and an excellent clean large pool. The hotel is ideal for a layover before the flight. Also, from the hotel once a week on Friday there is a free transfer to the beach of Sharjah (departure at 11, return at 15:30). We were very pleased, we recommend it to everyone!

SSailorSakioverall it’s a good hotel and everything works fine , but if you need to be close to Dubai downtown it’s too far and traffic has become an issue. The room smelled strange and bed pillows i found uncomfortable as well as the bedlinen smelled old/ not good not fresh it annoyed me a bit . the room was comfortable and quiet and the bathroom nice . If the location doesn’t matter it’s a good choice . The area around it has nothing to offer lots of traffic , better don’t walk around there

We had a great time here. The room service menu is great and we ordered a lot from it and didn't leave the hotel - we chilled, looking at the wonderful view of the water/city side, and ate room service for all our meals.The staff are lovely and welcoming and the water view is nice. We were happy with our stay. The wall is really cute, with no painting, but a desert photo as a full-wall mural.
I only stayed at non-smoking hotels during the rest of our UAE stay stay, except this one - I could smell cigarette smoke sometimes when in the toilet room. Must be the vents. The carpet could do with a removal and put wood instead, as it smelt a little smokey but not that noticeable and you don't have a balcony or window. Smoking in hotel rooms seems to be an option in the UAE, given booking options at many hotels in the UAE. Overall, I had a nice time here and would stay there again for a day or 2. We were there to be close to Dubai Airport for the next morning's flight.
Again, the staff were lovely. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son. Next door is a tall building being constructed, so you may hear some noise, depending on how close you are to that - just ask to be away from that side. We were literally on the end wall and closest to it and it wasn't a bother really.
We were upgraded to a family suite, on the 16th of 17th floor! It was so roomy and fantastic. So many cupboards and space and you can completely shut the door in the adults room and the kids could be out on the double-bed sofa couch.

GGuest UserSecond stay at this hotel in the past month. It’s great value compared to others in a similar price point. Deluxe suite is spacious and comfortable. Staff and service are very good. They could improve on better cleaning of rooms during the stay. Only other thing is they don’t tell you the phone speed dial for reaching the reception or house cleaning etc don’t work. You have to dial a number for these but it’s not really made clear on check in. Otherwise this is a really great option and not far from central Sharjah via cab … 10mins.

GGloria1103Although the hotel is located in Sharjah, it is very close to Dubai Airport. It costs 50 dirhams to take a taxi. It is very convenient to go to Dubai or other places from the hotel. The room is huge. There is a small supermarket at the door, where you can buy food and cook it yourself, saving money and delicious food. The waiters are very hospitable, but the breakfast variety is a bit limited, probably because many guests cook their own meals. Overall, it’s cost-effective and suitable for business trips or family trips.

DDr. Youlanda Denise BarberShe arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional.
They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony.
On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children.
We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.
