The overall service of the store is very good! We set up a few rooms together, the rooms are big enough, and the teammates are very satisfied! 應該來説這家酒店還是相當不錯的，房間乾淨衞生寬敞明亮，服務員態度非常熱情，主動提出幫我們搬行李，對於我們提出的合理要求有求必應。酒店有自己的停車場，順便還可以洗車，相當的不錯。唯一一個有點遺憾的是廁所蓋板沒有加温的，天氣冷坐下去有點不適，有待提高。

GGuest User每一年都會到川西避暑打卡，經過很多次爐霍，但都沒住過，這一次因為行程，晚上七點多才開始找酒店，看到一家新開業的，價格也是本地最高的。抱着試一試的心態訂房。晚上十點多才到，管家小妹還一直等着，在樓下幫忙提行李。到了酒店也是很開心，算是意外的收穫，服務員非常熱情，環境沒得説，是這一路住的最好的酒店了。房間配套很齊全，用的都是科勒的潔具。純木質的房屋也很環保，他家的床墊睡的也非常舒服，到了房間後在露台欣賞了半個小時漫天繁星，一天的疲憊一掃而空，一覺睡到第二天十點多才起來用早餐。最開心的是孩子，他家房間是Loft，上面還有個1米多的小窗，孩子蹦蹦跳跳，玩的很開心。走的時候管家還送了當地特色的飲料伴手禮。

Facilities: The facilities are complete and the smart toilet is very clean. Because I communicated with the hotel staff in advance about the stay time, the humidifier was already filled with water when I went. The only unfriendly thing is that for people who are afraid of cold, the floor heating can be maintained at 20 degrees, and the air conditioning heating is basically useless. I called the front desk and said that it was set by the factory. There is no way to adjust it. I am afraid of a cold at night. I can paste the warm baby. The big bed room has a private soup. If you use it, you can add 58 yuan. After telling the boss 30 minutes in advance, you will fill the pool with water in advance, and you can soak when you arrive.
Environment: The whole hotel is a suite, the rooms are separated, a suite is a standard room plus a big bed room, the door is a room card, sharing a living room, now it is the off-season, there are basically no people, just one person live in a suite. However, because all the houses are on the side of the road, the sound of the car passing by is more obvious. If you are more sensitive to the sound, it is not recommended to live here. Another problem is that the sink is a bit smelly.
Service: The service is very warm. After the phone WeChat communication time, you will put the hot spring private soup and humidifier water in advance. There was also fruit for the accommodation. The yellow tomato was delicious. The little brother also helped me carry my suitcase and told me to drink mineral water as much as possible. Even if the water here is burned, it may not be suitable for the stomach of foreigners. A few more bottles of mineral water were sent.
PS: I have consulted by phone. The hot spring water in their store is a natural hot spring. The private soup is a big bed room that can be added to 58 upgrades. There are also public baths, timed baths, and you need to communicate with the hotel in advance.
