"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are top-notch, the environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, what impressed me the most was the service from the staff, especially Assistant Cheung. His service was impeccable, always with a smile and very attentive to our needs. Whether it was checking us in, offering local travel advice, or addressing our various needs, Cheung was always professional and enthusiastic. Thanks to Assistant Cheung, our stay was exceptionally pleasant! Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again next time."

"Me and my girlfriend booked a room in this sharehouse accommodation and it was a lovely place to stay. The house is newly renovated, grand and the room very clean and comfortable. Even more impressive was the hospitability and the warm and friendly service. The house has three levels and even a lift to use, though we stayed on the ground floor. They serve a complimentary light breakfast and there is an espresso machine. Very nice finishings and facilities in the room. I would recommend this place for young travellers looking for a place to stay near the ski resort. There is also a driver for drop-off/pick-up services to the ski-resort and Yabuli-West station."

"The place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more"

"I noticed this store before it opened, and I could always see it online. Later, I heard that there was a new store collecting unused books online, which seemed quite interesting. I had been planning to go out with friends, but I was worried before coming that the publicity would not match the actual situation. 😂 After meeting, I found that the staff were indeed very enthusiastic and of high quality. It is also very close to the scenic area, and they helped to pick us up and drop us off without any impatience. I feel that there are very few hotels near the scenic spots near my home with this level of service, and the hardware configuration is also very complete. There is a gym and laundry room, and it is convenient to dine in. There is a restaurant directly where you can order food, which is very convenient and worry-free. There is also a coffee shop next to it, which seems to be from the same company. The photos are very good, but I couldn’t arrange the time, so I could only stay for one night. I plan to stay for a few more nights next time I am free, and I will recommend it to people around me."

"Very good hotel, suitable for bringing the elderly and children to play together. The room is very clean and spacious, and the hotel also gave us free fruits. The hot spring is convenient to enter and exit the hotel. The warm and thoughtful service of Ms. Dang and Ms. Zhu in the hot spring hall is the most satisfactory part of this trip. When we were thirsty in the hot spring, they enthusiastically provided tea service; when we needed to change bath towels, they promptly provided us with dry and clean bath towels; they also provided us with various guide services. "Amenities and services are way beyond 5 stars if can give 7 stars I would. Drove us everywhere! Gave us recommendations Food wise, I would suggest that you order food to hotel or ask to go a place that you prefer. The recommendations are fine. But if you stay there too long is a bit too repetitive. I marked down cleanliness because the room had a drainage/ sewage smell. Had to keep all drainage eg bath tub toilet cubicle showering area and basin all closed then it was fine. No lift only staircase. Is a 3 storey high villa. This room is on the 3rd floor. The staff kindly helped us to carry our luggage. Things to note: outside shoes are left just inside the entrance. So overall inside is clean. Just need to be mindful of your shoes. Don't take the wrong shoes don't let people take your shoes too :) Skiing area 1. Just directly outside the accommodation good for very new beginners as it isn't too crowded even in the afternoon but it might depend on luck cos if got tour group then can get crowded but they don't stay long 2. Ti wei: nicer for experienced beginners. The intermediate slope is suitable for beginners too. 3. Yang guang: the beginner slope on the cable car from midpoint of area A is more steep than the intermediate slope of ti wei. But it is quite costly to go here for beginners. Experienced skiers will prefer this place. For beginner slopes, driver li helped us get discount There is also a snow play area. Driver li helped us get discount too! We paid for 2 activities and got 3 activities for free haha. Bonus we booked it quite early so no breakfast included. But the owner still gave us breakfast for free 😋 the breakfast was nutritious and yummy! PS: this place was a pleasant surprise. Met 3 other groups of Singaporeans here!"

"We went to Yabuli skiing and came here after seeing the good reviews. It was bright and clean as soon as we entered the room. The new room was comfortable and warm. The landlord was warm and friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions on the itinerary. He provided us with one-stop service. It felt that every step was very compact and we had fun. I took a hot shower in the hotel at night. The shower head had a lot of water, which helped me relieve the fatigue of the day. I felt like I was at home when I went to bed. The mattress was very comfortable, the quilt was very soft, and there was a buckwheat pillow. This was the most comfortable sleep I had since I came to Northeast China. Highly recommended."
