She was friendly with a warm smile, handled check-in and check-out very efficiently, and even proactively offered us information about local attractions and activities. This personal touch made us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for. The front desk staff were extremely professional and patient, whether answering questions or handling requests, making our entire stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself boasts a clean environment and well-equipped facilities, making it a great place to relax and unwind. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here!"

DDenisguoA fantastic stay! It's a three-story villa, very clean, and features a thoughtful layout that clearly separates living and sleeping areas. The facilities are comprehensive. Despite the freezing, snowy weather outside, the 24-hour heating kept the room so warm we only needed to wear T-shirts. Breakfast was also excellent. The owner was incredibly hospitable, and the villa is conveniently located very close to the ski slopes, with the owner providing round-trip transfers.

ZZiyoubojiatilasiI went skiing in Beida Lake and booked this B&B because I saw it was good. The experience was beyond my expectations.
The B&B is very close to the ski resort, and there is a shuttle bus every day. The journey only takes five minutes, so it's just right to catch the first ski run at 8:10.
The room was clean and tidy, and it was quiet at night, so I slept comfortably.
The B&B has its own restaurant. We had breakfast there. There was a wide variety of breakfast items, including various side dishes, big meat buns and tea eggs. It was very fragrant. This meal was enough to support us for a whole day of skiing.

FFryanfangyuanWe decided to go skiing at Beida Lake on a whim, and finally booked the newly opened Baiwanshi, which is great value for money. The butler contacted us from the moment we placed the order. I want to praise the Guobaorou butler in particular. The service was very good and he considered every detail. He helped me book a shuttle bus, recommended meals, and gave me free fruits when I checked in. The hotel also has complete supporting facilities, whether it is hot springs, buffet breakfast, or entering and leaving the ski resort, they are all top-notch experiences. I will come again next time, and I hope to be received by the Guobaorou butler!

Service: Overall good. But the bath towel was changed once in three days, and it needed to be reminded that the front desk would be replaced on the same day. It’s a bit troublesome to take a bath every day. I hope the boss can improve it.
