"I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the service. As soon as I walked in with my suitcase, I was shocked by the grand lobby. When I checked in, they poured me some warm black tea. I felt embarrassed. There were some small refreshments opposite the bar for guests to try. They asked me if I had any room needs. They upgraded me. The floor I was assigned was also very high. From the room, I could see most of the city of Yongkang! They also gave me some fruits and snacks! The service staff were very enthusiastic and greeted me proactively along the way. It made me feel like I had many friends in a strange city. The breakfast was also very good and rich! I stayed for several days in a row, and the aunt even took the initiative to wash the smelly socks I changed! I was a little flattered.
