"This hotel is the best one of the seven hotels I have to change in this European trip. Whether it is small details or intimate service to guests, it is far more than other four-star hotels I have stayed in before. When I checked in, because the time was too early and the room had not been cleaned, the hotel counter staff took me to the dining room and entertained me with a cup of hot tea and my own baked biscuits. Looking at the sea view outside the window, drinking hot tea is great! When I checked in, the hotel staff told me that the flowers on the table were for me, and when I checked out, I also prepared a small cake cookie that I baked for me to take away. Because I needed to check out very early the next day, I told the counter staff about this situation, and he also tried to help me arrange the breakfast that originally started at 7:30 in the morning, so that I could enjoy it at 7 o'clock. I was really touched! The restaurant staff was very polite to introduce every food, pie and cake were also baked at home. This hotel is really great, it is recommended to live if you have the opportunity! This hotel is the best among the seven I stayed at during my trip to Europe. From the small details to the thoughtful service, it surpasses all the other four-star hotels I've stayed at. When I checked in, it was too early, and my room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff kindly took me to the dining area and offered me a cup of hot tea and some homemade cookies. Enjoying the sea view while sipping my tea was truly wonderful! During check-in, the hotel staff mentioned that the small flower on the table was a gift for me, and at checkout, they prepared a homemade cookie cake for me to take with me. Since I needed to check out early the next day, I informed the front desk staff, and they arranged for breakfast, which was originally set to start at 7:30 AM, to be ready for me at 7:00 AM. I was so touched! The restaurant staff politely introduced each dish, and the pastries and cakes were homemade as well. This hotel is really fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!"

"1. This hotel is in the small town scenic area, and the hotel prices in the small town scenic area are relatively expensive. I think the price/performance ratio of this hotel is good. I brought a company business group, and the guests did not comment that it was not good, so whether it is a business group or a family trip, this hotel meets the needs. 2. Because we booked the cheapest apartment type, the biggest thing is that the room size is small. The area of the bathroom is not small, it is enough. 3. We drove to the town, and it is not possible to drive in the scenic area of the town, so our car needs to park at the parking place designated by the hotel. After parking the car, the hotel will have a golf battery to drive guests and luggage into the scenic area. We were sitting in the battery car, passing through the streets and alleys of the scenic spot, watching ordinary tourists walking while we were sitting in the battery car, everyone was full of superiority and satisfaction. (The cost of the battery car is already included in the self-driving parking fee). 4. There is a large terrace at the back of the hotel (the first photo), where you can lie on a lounger and watch the sunset on Lake Garda (the second photo), which is very pleasant. 5. Although we booked the cheapest room type, there is still a very small balcony. Through the balcony, you can see part of the view of Lake Garda (the third photo). 6. During this trip to Italy, my team members generally admired the town and thought it was worth staying for two nights. The town’s scenery is good and there are many quiet places, which is very suitable for lovers to take a vacation, or important friends to discuss important matters here without being disturbed. This small town is not a regular attraction for Chinese tourist groups, so traveling here is very classy. 7. By the way, this hotel has free bicycles for guests to ride around the town."

"It was a perfect experience! Just next to the castle, and then you can take pictures of the castle at the hotel. The sunset sun is so beautiful that it is just fried on the castle! "Geweldig hotel.  We kregen een grote kamer op de benedenverdieping waar twee extra bedden stonden, makkelijk om alle koffers op te leggen , de douche was klein maar heerlijk hard en warm, voldoende handdoeken. Ontbijt was super diverse soorten brood en heel veel gebak, koffie heerlijk en vers fruit tomaten en salade.woj komen zeker terug"

"It is a nice hotel, with friendly staff (specially the woman in the restaurant, she is really something!), nice parking space, a small swimming pool. The room is small, bed really hard and the shower space really tidy. Exceptional breakfast with fresh honey, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh coffee and fresh fruit (really a 5 star breakfast). The hotel is 10 min walk to the lake and far the the Rocca Scaligera (50 min with bike that you can rent at the hotel for 7 euros). And the restaurant was a really good surprise, we had a wonderful lunch . All in all worth the stay."
