"This price is not low in the local area. The hotel environment is good and the location is good. It's just that the staff who checked in on the day was not very helpful. We booked a deluxe twin bed but got a king-size bed room. I also showed her the order on Ctrip. She just repeatedly emphasized the cost of the mini bar and asked me to swipe my card. I said several times that I didn't want the mini bar! The mini bar itself is casual. This hotel gives me the feeling that it is a bit hard to push it on you! The hotel waiters are not enthusiastic. Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!"
