Kayseri Hotels with Wi-Fi

"Trip.com sitesi üzerinden eşim ve 16 yaşındaki oğlumla birlikte 3 kişilik oda rezervasyonu yaptırdım. Bir çift kişilik ve bir de tek kişilik yatak beklerken bize verdikleri odaya çıkınca 2 tek yataklı olduğunu görerek şok olduk. Odamızı değiştirmelerini istedik. Çift kişilik ve tek kişilik yatak olan odalarının olmadığını iddia ettiler, tabiki 3 yetişkinin 2 tek kişilikte yatması mümkün olmadığından kabul etmedi. Bize uzunca bire süre zorluk çıkardılar. Biz kabul etmeyince bir kişiye ayrı bir oda açalım demek durumunda kaldılar. Kabul ettik. Ancak epeyce bir bekledikten durumu sorduğumuzda odaya açılır portatif bir yatak eklemeyi önerdiler. Gece müdürünün tutarsız ve sorunlu yaklaşımı ardından ön büro müdür aradı ve benzer tavrı kendisi de sergiledi. Biz ısrarla bu saçma durumu kabul etmeyince size suit odaya alıyoruz dediler. Suit odada iki kişilik yatak var. Yine uzun bekleyişler sonrasında odaya tek kişilik bir yatak getirdiler. Oda maalesef kirliydi ve standart şekilde olması beklenen saç kurutma makinası gibi bir çok eşya emtialar da eksikti. 1.86 boyundaki oğlum maalesef getirdikleri yatakta yatamadı. Yatak beşik gibi sallanıyordu, sabitlemek için getirdikleri yatağı kanepeye dayadım ve diğer yanına da koltuk koydum. Ama maalesef çözüm olmadı. Zorla artık lanet olsun diyerek uyumaya çalıştığımızda gecenin 03 ü olmuştu. Sabah bitkin çok rahatsız ve dinlenmemiş olarak kalkıp hızla çıktık otelden. En az 50 ülke görmüş ve 500 den fazla otelde kalmış biri olarak 3. sınıf otellerde dahi karşılaşmadığım böylesine berbat bir durumu Wyndham markasında görmek bende büyük şaşkınlık yarattı. Gece oda servisinden yiyecek bir şeyler istedim, basit bir talep için dahi yaklaşık 45 dakika bekledik. Wyndham da son derece konforlu bir konaklama hayali ile rezervasyon yaptırmışken ve rezervasyonumuzda herhangi bir hata yokken böylesine kabul edilemez bir olayın başımıza gelmesi inanılır gibi değil. Bize bu şoku yaşatan ve konuyu çözmek yerine türlü bahanelere sığınan gece müdürü ve ön büro müdürünü kınıyorum. Her türlü merciye şikayet ederek bu durumu yanlarına bırakmamayı düşünüyorum. Trip.com sitesinden ise bu rezil ve çileli gece için ödediğimiz bedelin iadesini bekliyorum."

"Very satisfied stay experience, good environment and good service. Breakfast is on the top floor, you can overlook the entire city and the snowy mountains in the distance, and there are many breakfast options. There is a restaurant downstairs that looks good. A ten-minute walk from the hotel to the castle for sightseeing."

"Travelling in Central Turkey in August can be tough where temperatures reach 28°C at night and around 35°C in the day. You don't want to cut corners on accommodation and the good news is that the Radisson Blu in Kayseri is very affordable 5 star luxury. You and your family need the spacious rooms, excellent swimming and spa facilities including Turkish bath, sauna, gym, main and kids pools that are included in the stay. There is a rooftop terrace bar and restaurant with unsurpassed views over the city and surrounding mountains which is beautiful and colourful at sunset. The Radisson is conveniently located between the upmarket Forum shopping mall and the centre city. Kayseri Radisson is an excellent base for visits to Cappadocia and Mt Erciyes ski areas which is open for trekking in the summer. Needless to say, the service in the hotel is friendly and hospitable from reception, room services, restaurants and spa. Highly recommended place for a 5* stay."

"I got the impression that the hotel had either just opened or was undergoing renovation. There were renovations going on everywhere. The room itself was cozy, clean, spacious, but with minor imperfections in the form of wires without sockets, an unfinished shower When I asked about breakfast, the staff answered that they did not have it, and was genuinely surprised when I found out that I had paid for a room with a buffet. The dining room was also undergoing renovation, so we were fed in the lobby. The staff was responsive, friendly, and tried to help us. Private parking!"

"My husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants. Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. Service - staff were friendly Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo"

"A simple one-night stay in a budget hotel next to the main road in Kayseri. It’s easy to find and there’s parking. It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport, but there’s not much to eat around."

"Hotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service. Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet."

"Mam needs to know that the hotel is on a busy road. Again, the hotel is very centrally located. The rooms are spacious, very well equipped and clean. The service is good. The breakfast buffet could be designed a little more lovingly, but is perfectly adequate for a 3-star hotel. The hotel is highly recommended for transit."
