I had a really great stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – I could sit by the window for hours just enjoying it. The staff were kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location made it easy to get around, with cafes and shops nearby. Overall, I’m really glad I booked this place, and I would definitely stay here again next time.

Didn’t get to see the scenery due to the fog but it is not the hotel’s fault. However, the cold wind was seeping through the balcony doors making the entire room super cold even with the air conditioning heating mode on. The buffet breakfast was great, staff was helpful in terms of allowing early check in, and location wise it is just a short walk to Sun Plaza and nice restaurants in the area! Would def come back when the weather is a lot better!

Highly recommended hotel in Sapa. Breakfast is superb. Hot chocolate was so good. Very accessible, staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the fansipan through the hotel but unfortunately we couldn’t make it on time. We asked the staff if we are able to go the following day, and luckily, they were able to accommodate us even tho the ticket is valid only for one day. The size of room is big. There are 2 swimming pool where 1 is at rooftop (not heated) but nice view and other at level 1 which is heated. There is also small gym. There are no water cooler at sight. The selection of breakfast is good. They gave us surprise for our honeymoon trip as shown. Location is generally near the church.

DeLaSol Sapa Hotel is perched on a hillside, offering breathtaking views. On clear days, you can even see the peak of Mount Fansipan from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with large, comfortable beds and a private balcony to enjoy the scenic beauty. The amenities include a bathtub and a cozy living area, making your stay even more relaxing. The breakfast is outstanding—international style with a wide variety of options such as fresh bread, eggs, fruits, and especially delicious fresh vegetables. The hotel is within walking distance of the Fansipan cable car station, and many cafes and restaurants surround the area. One small downside is that the hotel is on a one-way street, so vehicles might need to take a detour, but the stunning views more than make up for it. It's also a stamp point for Sapa's travel stamp collection, and you can buy the stamp book right at the hotel. We had an amazing stay at Bamboo! After a disappointing experience with our previous Airbnb, we came across Bamboo’s listing and were impressed by the great deal—so we made the switch, and honestly, it was the best decision we made on this trip. The hotel is incredibly clean—you’ll feel completely comfortable walking around barefoot. When we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioning, we called the front desk and were blown away by how prompt and helpful the staff were; someone came up within a minute and resolved the issue immediately. A special shoutout to Julie, who made our stay extra memorable! She was so kind and went above and beyond, even helping us arrange a taxi to the train station. Also, don’t miss the hotel breakfast—it’s fantastic! The pho is a must-try, and the fresh fruits were so sweet and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch hospitality!

The hotel was advertised as is in the photos. Clean and spacious rooms with views of the funicular. Good breakfast with lots of options, just hope they had brewed coffee. Nice short walk from the city center around 5 minutes.

This hotel is valu- for-money. Location is close to the town square, with a mini convenience store and pizza restaurant across it. Its close proximity to the town square means it is walkable to go to the town square.. However, a certain level of fitness is required due to the sloping terrain. So it may not be suitable for seniors/elderly and people with disabilities affecting mobility.

D Home Sapa 2 – A Cozy Retreat in Sapa I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at D Home Sapa 2 due to its inviting and stylish ambiance. The self-check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear instructions provided. The reception staff were prompt and helpful in addressing my inquiries. She even offers me help on booking sleeper busses and fansipan trains and cable car. Although the on-site staffs communicated via a translator, they were exceptionally kind and attentive. Location Insights The location offered both convenience and some challenges. There are two routes to the plaza area: Bottom Route: This path features a concrete ramp suitable for luggage, leading to the D Home 2 entrance in about 3 minutes. It's also close to Moanaa Cafe, making it a pleasant walk. Top Route: This route involves navigating approximately 100 stairs, which can be strenuous. However, for us, it was manageable and didn't detract from the overall experience. Despite the stairs, the affordable rates and breathtaking room views made it worthwhile. Alternatively, you can exit from the bottom and opt for a Grab or taxi to reach the plaza. Final Thoughts Overall, I was deeply satisfied with my stay. The room was not only beautiful and cozy but also impeccably clean. The staff's warmth and hospitality enhanced the experience. D Home 2 significantly contributed to the memorable moments of my trip to Sapa. I look forward to returning soon! 🥰

The hotel is clean and new. The rooms are spacious compared to the ones we stayed in Hanoi. I’m one who values space and this hotel fits my criteria. Toilet is also huge. It has a shower area and a bathtub. It is also well lit. Amenities are provided and are of good quality. The hotel is right on top of the hill. Great view and privacy. Extremely near to the well known attractions called the Fansipan. The hotel has a wide selection for breakfast; from local, to western. The hotel can be inaccessible due to its location. But you can always call a GRAB with only costs SGD2-5 to the tourist attractions. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. I will be sure to visit this hotel again in the near future.
