I recently stayed at Luxotel International Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The buffet breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Outstanding front operation service provided and most importantly their hospitality were top notch. In addition to this, complementary breakfast and evening snacks has given in time which were delicious. On top of that, room amenities were elegant and nicely decorated. Apart from this they have breathtaking views at the balcony which I thoroughly enjoyed. Last but not least, it would be nicer if they would have provided air fresheners at room; however, that wasn’t the major issue. Completely recommend.

During the Spring Festival, I brought my family and three children to Changzhou to play, and booked Zhongwu Hotel in advance. Very satisfied! The duty manager Wang Jinyuan was enthusiastic and patient, and gave us the best service during our stay! Special thanks to him! The room is large, the bed is large, and an extra bed can be added. Each child can sleep in his own bed and it is very stable. The environment is beautiful, the dining is good, the Chinese restaurant can deliver meals to the room, the buffet restaurant is very cost-effective, and the Japanese restaurant has good ingredients, all delicious!

This hotel is great, very clean, and the service is ok. The apartment has an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, and washing machine. The bathroom and cloakroom are also spacious, suitable for families with elderly or babies. The hotel is in a prime location with complete surrounding facilities, including restaurants, fruit shops, etc. The parking lot is a little insufficient. If you go late, you have to park in front of other people's cars. The breakfast is simple, but there is sufficient supply of freshly ground coffee, noodles, and fresh fruits. There are apples and drinking water at the front desk. The overall feeling is good. The downside is that the air conditioner in the room I stayed in could not heat up at night. After the waiter re-adjusted it the next morning, it could heat normally.

Rray_zlThe most worthwhile hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't be afraid of the price but want a new experience! It was my first time staying in a hotel on the mountain. The ”inclined elevator” was very novel. It was very convenient to use the hotel's shuttle bus. I went back and forth many times and the waiting time was not very long. This is really great, which shows that the management is in order. The scenery on the mountain is really beautiful. The free Nanshan Bamboo Sea, Tianmu Lake Landscape Garden, Yushui Hot Spring, a meal, travel photography, parent-child activities, and welcome fruits were all great, especially the welcome fruits. The portion was larger than the previous ones I went to (the strawberries in the picture were bought by myself, and the ones in other boxes were all from the hotel). So I think this is really the best and most worthwhile hotel I've ever stayed in. I think I will come again in the future!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the mall next door has some food and coffee options. The bed and pillows in the room are comfortable making for a restful sleep. There is a little noise from the nearby road, but it is not very audible and quiets down a lot at night. We contacted Yazmin in advance before checking in and she was very

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.

CCody SoodeenUpon arriving to the hotel, the front desk staff were very friendly. Although this is my first time in China and I was unsure of check-in procedure, they quickly got me through check-in and made me feel quite relaxed almost immediately.
During my stay, I ordered room service nearly every evening and although I speak no Chinese, the staff were very patient and helpful to make sure that they were receiving my order correctly.
The view from the rooms is incredible and the service at the hotel has been great. I highly recommend that if you are visiting Changzhou for business or pleasure that you stay at the Marriot Hotel in Xinbei district. It is also very centrally located with easy access to entertainment, shopping malls, restaurants and the light rail stations to travel to other cities in China. Additionally, the restaurants, pool, outdoor basketball court, coffee shop, and other services in the hotel make it a convenient place to stay if it is your first time in China or Changzhou as it is mine.
For work related reasons my trip in Changzhou was extended and I have enjoyed my stay at the Marriot hotel so much that I decided to extend my stay here and upgrade my room to include the executive lounge (totally worth it if you stay here, it's like having access to an Emirates level lounge with a view every day).
In summary, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are lovely, and the services provided make your stay very convenient! I highly recommend staying at the Changzhou Marriot in Xinbei District during your time here!

Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.

AAnonymous UserUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
