"Facilities: Not bad, many facilities are quite user-friendly, and there are also contact lens cases and toilet footstools. But the TV network is not very good, and the TV freezes obviously.
Hygiene: Overall it is okay, there will be some small details. It can be understood and tolerated, but it still needs to be strengthened (such as ground debris and obvious water stains at the bottom of the mouthwash cup)
Environment: Not bad, the light luxury atmosphere created is not bad. The second floor is on the road side, which is noisy at night.
Service: The front desk staff on the day of check-in on the 17th was very professional and the communication was very good. When checking out on the 18th, there was a girl with a bun at the front desk who was a little dwarfed. The communication was cold and impolite throughout the communication.

"The room is spacious and bright, I checked in in the afternoon! Hygiene is relatively clean! The indoor temperature is quite warm! Enjoy the snowy scenery outside through the glass. The breakfast buffet has many varieties and is quite rich! It’s delicious, the kids love it! I tried the self-service laundry room on the second floor. When I was doing laundry, I exercised in the gym next to it. After I finished exercising, my clothes were washed! Very convenient! The hotel staff's service attitude is full of enthusiasm and makes people feel very comfortable! Paying great attention to every detail of the guests, there will be no flaws! The room facilities are complete and easy to use, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hygiene standard is very high, clean and refreshing. The front desk service is warm and professional, the coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor is very extra points, and you can drink hot coffee at any time. The most heartwarming thing is that I also sent a small gift when I left the store, and the ceremony was full. Travel accommodation is preferred, highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, service is good.
So, this trip we picked Xuda ( Liming Lake) again. Though it is winter time, staff are warm n friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

白白雪在东北I liked it. A nice, easy walk to the museum (which is the whole reason I was there). The room was good and the noise outside was minimal so it was easy to both read at night and sleep peacefully.

There are several improvements:
1. The bedside lamp is broken and not repaired;
2. Breakfast is delivered to the room, which should be equipped with a small table and a small stool, and not a few money;
