AAnonymous UserThe room is quite good, but the newly decorated one still has some smell. The breakfast is okay, and the service staff at the reception are also very enthusiastic. I need to issue an invoice after check-out, and the front desk staff told me that it was done. In fact, it was them I made a mistake and remembered the wrong room. I personally think this kind of low-level mistake should not be made. Also, I don’t understand why I called me at 11:30 when I checked out at 2pm. Normally, you can call me half an hour in advance. Well, if I am at twelve o'clock, then you are at half past eleven, I understand, I am obviously at two o'clock

I asked the front desk staff if they can help print. The front desk staff not only helped print, but also sent it to the room. The service attitude is particularly good.
To sum up, this is a stay experience that exceeded expectations. I originally chose this hotel for the convenience of work, but after I checked in, the experience was good and I felt that it was excellent value for money.
