I'm a BJYX fan from Indonesia and I came to Duyun to visit BJYX related spots, and this hotel is of course one of them! Booked another hotel first, since I didn't know that the infamous make up room and telephone box is in this hotel. Tried to look for those places in Qin Han (lacked information, my bad), but then realized they're not there, and then after looking for some more information on Weibo, I decided to change the hotel for the last day to Maojian, and I'm glad I did that!
Maojian is in front of QinHan Film City, so you can just walk there. Best hotel if you want to visit the film city.
The receptionists don't speak English, we were communicating by Google Translate. They let me check in at around 12:30 even though the actual check in time is from 14:00. They also upgraded my room. Very happy! And since I read from the reviews on this platform, that you can take a look inside the room where our WangXian got interviewed, I tried to ask the receptionist about it and then she called people to guide me there. The guide lady is also super nice, that she even offered me to change the room to that room. It's already booked by other people though, unfortunately. But, it's okay! I roamed around the hotel after that, visiting the telephone box, jogging track, and make up room of course is a MUST! Thank you so much for keeping these spots for us, CQL and BJYX fans! Please always keep it like that! Will visit again someday!

I like the courtyard design of the hotel. It is backed by the tea mountain. The surrounding green mountains and green waters are surrounded by Zen. Every afternoon, I make a pot of tea in a daze. I am very impressed by the delicious food and beautiful scenery of Duyun and the warm service of Dragonair. Dragonair Hotel is right on the Jianjiang River and very close to Xishan Bridge. It is very convenient to walk back and forth. The business king room I stayed in was very large and well cleaned. On the night of check-in, the hotel front desk called and asked if it was convenient to have milk delivered. This is a rare service even in five-star hotels. When the milk was delivered, I said that the air conditioner in the room was not cool. Maybe I had adjusted it wrong. The waiter pressed the button. After a few seconds, he told me it was ready and then left. Ten minutes later, the front desk called me again and asked me if the air conditioner was cold and how I felt. It was very considerate. The next day I got up early to check out. The front desk took the initiative to give me a bag of snacks and mineral water for me to eat on the way. In the afternoon, the front desk called me again to ask if I was satisfied with my stay and if I had any comments or suggestions. The most important thing is that from the time I checked in to the end, no one asked me to give them a good review. When I arrived in Guiyang in the evening, I opened the snack bag and looked at this heart-warming card. It felt like it was a perfect ending to this trip. . GGuest UserBecause of the rain, we changed from a lake view room to a mountain top room. The hotel is in the scenic area. We don't know if we still drove the car up. In fact, you can park at the foot of the mountain and the hotel has a shuttle bus. Because it is on the mountain, we have to change by elevator. There is a feeling of conducting confidential transactions. There is a large balcony. If you are not in a hurry, you can wash and dry your clothes. There are also many entertainment facilities in the garden, but it is not a hotel, because we have to hurry and have no experience.

AAnonymous UserThe location feels a bit remote since the surroundings are mostly unused buildings, so it's a bit creepy at night if you walk around by yourself. Not many people walk the street. I don't know whether it's because I went there in winter or it is usually like that. Have to walk around 10 minutes to get to the street with many restaurants and food stalls, but the receptionist sister is so kind and let me add her WeChat account in case I need some help when going to that food street. It'd be nice if they sell something to eat in the lobby/lounge though.
The inn itself is pretty clean and you can find necessary amenities in your room. The heater was not really working though. It was set to 30°C, but I was still freezing inside. I could only feel warm and nice after the hot shower. Yeah, luckily the hot shower worked as it should have. But, the water leaked through the shower room's glass door, so you need to dry it with the towel mat if you don't want to slip. The ceiling also needs some repair or at least re-painting since it looked like it was leaking even though it maybe not.
I chose this inn since it is not that far from Qin Han Film City and it's cheap.
Overall, I guess it's worth the price.
