It shows the standard of a mid-to-high-end hotel when you enter. The lady at the front desk has good service and will actively help solve any problems. The check-in is fast and you can delay check-out, although you can use it yourself. When I arrived at the room, I needed more paper towels and mineral water. The robot immediately delivered it to the door of the room. The facilities inside and outside the room are complete, and there is a gym on the same floor. 🏋🏻 Everything in the room is available, including an air purifier, humidifier, and background music throughout the house can be connected via Bluetooth. Very comfortable, the mattress is moderately soft and the bedding is very clean. The whole room is intelligently controlled, and the curtains and lights can be controlled in groups. The restaurant is also great🍩There are many things to choose from, a combination of Chinese and Western food, and there are dedicated people to guide you to sit down. The hotel has a free parking lot. When you go out to play, just leave your car in the parking lot to save trouble and peace of mind. It is only 1 km away from Phoenix Mountain by walking😀 The service is very good and attentive. My family is very satisfied. I will definitely choose here again next time I come. "We booked two rooms: a double bed and a single bed. The soundproofing was so-so; there's a scrap metal yard downstairs. We kept the windows closed the entire time. The location is great, very close to Phoenix Mountain, a 5-minute taxi ride. It's a newly opened hotel; the facilities are decent, great value for money, not dirty, quite clean. There's a laundry room with a dryer, but only one machine. On the day of check-in, it was raining heavily. We took a taxi with elderly people and children, carrying luggage and holding umbrellas. A hotel staff member, wearing a black suit, stood at the entrance, just staring at us the whole time. I was speechless. He just stared. He didn't say a word, didn't offer a helping hand. I asked him, ”Why don't you just stop looking and walk away?” He watched us, soaking wet, with our luggage and elderly children, struggling to get out of the taxi and into the hotel. He just leaned against the entrance door, watching us without saying a word. I was truly speechless. It was the first time I'd encountered such a staff member. Extremely low emotional intelligence, very uncomfortable. I will absolutely not recommend it, and I will never come back. When we go out and take a taxi, even a regular taxi, in this heavy rain, with so much luggage, and especially with elderly people and children, the driver will always lend a hand or at least ask if we need help. This is truly the first time I've encountered such staff at a hotel. Playing dumb."

"體驗不錯，下次還會來。下面開始長篇大論。 行:民宿會提前打電話問詢什麼時候到，我們是高鐵去，民宿很細心的告訴我們可以乘坐返程車，，直接送到住處，很方便。 住:酒店服務人員態度很好，會詳細的講解，免費提供浴袍洗漱用品，個人出行記得帶泳衣，如果忘記可以掃碼購買，我覺得蠻人性的。到了可以聯繫服務人員放户外温泉水，大概一個小時能放好，然後就可以體驗泡湯了，温泉泡完身上很滑，也不起皺，應該是真的温泉水，很滿意。 天氣比較冷，大概一個半小時水池水就冷了，可以聯繫客服叫人來清理，這點也很人性化，點贊哦。 食:晚上叫的酒店餐食，客服提醒五點前點餐，四點半點大概五點半送到，飯做的也很好吃，菜分量大。炒飯和雞蛋羹都有加蝦仁，很驚喜，雞蛋羹味道比較淡，點了壽喜鍋，送到湯撒了一袋子，以為會是瓦斯鍋煮的，送到有點像清水麻辣燙，和我印象中壽喜鍋區別有點大，但味道尚可，泡完湯出來吃點熱乎的很舒服。冰淇淋有點出乎我意料，用料很紮實，都是堅果麥片，混合點奧利奧，吃起來很香，而且奶油用的蠻捨得的。早餐我們是送到房間吃的，很精緻！有蝦有魚，對比下來覺得晚餐有點敷衍了，希望晚餐也能這麼有儀式感。 玩:屋裡有按摩椅和麻將機，泡完温泉按按摩很爽，房間是配備除濕機的，很細心耶。 再來説説不足，個人覺得冬天泡湯應該在池子附近做好防滑，因為天冷台階上容易結冰，建議配備一下毛巾腳墊，安全一點。還有浴缸的浴缸套收費略有小氣，浴缸房間抽風機感覺效率不高，冬天又不好開窗透風，泡一會會有點悶。服務方面，個人覺得很滿意，但有些地方還是懵懵的，我是做了攻略來的，所以大致知道配備什麼設施，如果在預訂後民宿這邊可以有一個具體訊息條我覺得服務會更周到，比如加微信後可以整體告知浴袍等存放地點，除濕機使用方法，點餐時間段，送餐時間，泡池清理時間等等這些小細節。以上衹是個人見解，總體行程很滿意，下次還會再來。"
