"My child was taking the college entrance exam, and I booked two king-size rooms for three nights on Ctrip two weeks in advance. Since I couldn't go home, my elderly family member was accompanying me. The elderly family member said the hotel was clean and tidy. However, after checking out and chatting with them, I discovered that they had been using the same set of toiletries that came with their room upon check-in, and the hotel hadn't provided any new toiletries for the following days. A four-star hotel shouldn't make such a basic mistake, right? Was it because the booking was made online, or was there any discrepancy between the elderly and the children?"

The hotel is close to the Guangshui City Center Bus Terminal, the transportation is extremely convenient, and the surrounding dining and shopping facilities are complete. The front desk service is warm and efficient and the check-in is fast. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and I sleep until dawn. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and the combination of Chinese and Western tastes good. Equipped with free parking and self-service laundry room, it is very convenient to travel for a long time.
