We met David at the concierge and asked if we could get some help to purchase. Without hesitation, he offered to purchase on our behalf and even followed up with the attraction to confirm the arrangement. Thanks to his help, we were able to visit the attraction smoothly the next day without any issues. "Facilities: The facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and most importantly, the soundproofing is excellent! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: I really have to commend every single staff member at this hotel! From the manager down to every front desk girl and the cleaning ladies, everyone was enthusiastic and polite, providing excellent service! It's conveniently located, and the hotel has its own independent parking lot! The breakfast was plentiful, and it's very close to tourist attractions. "The Congtai Hotel boasts an excellent location. Directly opposite its entrance is Congtai Park; to the left are Huiche Lane and Handan Road, and to the right is New Century Center, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The hotel's service was superb! Both the cleanliness and the dining options were outstanding. We rented a car for sightseeing after arriving in Handan, and parking at the hotel was also very convenient. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend Congtai Hotel to friends!"

"The hotel parking is very convenient, the lobby is very stylish, and there's a tree with Chinese idioms that makes for great photos. The receptionist, Yang Guancan, is very helpful and has a sweet smile. The coffee and desserts recommended by the girls at the lobby bar are very nice, and there's also a tea-making area around a stove. The rooms are clean and tidy with a wide view, and there's even an adorable ”oxygen bar egg” in the room. The breakfast is plentiful, featuring local Handan specialties. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Handan."

"The hotel is in a very good location, next to Congtai Park and very close to Handan Road; The hotel is in a garden-style with green trees and a very good environment. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the brand-new cotton fabrics are very comfortable. The breakfast is unimaginably good, with a wide variety of options, including local specialties, baked pastries, four kinds of soups, porridges, not to mention the hot dishes, which are much better than those in five-star hotels in second- and third-tier cities. The service is very good. You can tell at a glance that the staff have received professional training. They receive things with both hands and use polite language. As a hotel industry practitioner, I also feel that such service is rare nowadays. The waiters' uniforms are very distinctive. The ladies' horse-faced skirts are both beautiful and reflect traditional historical culture. It can be seen that a lot of care was put into them. There are also areas that need improvement. The noise from singing and dancing in the square outside is too loud at night. They were still singing at 10 o'clock. After reporting this to the hotel, there have been improvements. While noise is not an issue within the hotel, it can affect the experience of hotel guests. It is also necessary to communicate with the Urban Management Department and other departments to resolve the issue."

"My stay at Hualuxe Handan was an absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel room completely exceeded my expectations – it was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust in sight, with a well-designed and spacious layout. Combined with the excellent blackout curtains, I enjoyed a truly restful and rejuvenating night's sleep. "The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was easy to adjust (many hotels have central AC that's either not warm enough or not cool enough when it's not on). The front desk and customer service staff were enthusiastic. There's a shuttle service to and from the East Station. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room also came with an air freshener, a water purifier and heater, and an XiaoDu voice assistant. What needs improvement is the laundry room, which is reportedly temporary."

The service was also very warm; everyone was kind and friendly. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Handan with kids."

The comforter instantly melted away all fatigue, and the smart toilet's nightlight function was such a thoughtful touch! The sunset and city skyline views from the window were breathtaking, like watching a giant movie on a giant screen. Even the bathroom aromatherapy was custom-made – the experience was truly exceptional."
