"The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room for free since we were a couple. The room we stayed in had an amazing view, with stunning mountain scenery right outside the window. It was especially beautiful in the morning, with mist swirling around the mountains – absolutely gorgeous! The interior decor was also very pretty and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the scenic area, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby, as well as plenty of places to grab breakfast. Getting to the city from the hotel was super convenient because the owner could help us call a taxi, which was much easier than taking the bus from the scenic area entrance."

"Came here after the holiday, so there weren't many people. The owner was super friendly and provided great service. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was really comfortable. The facilities were also comprehensive, with both a washing machine and a dryer. We even borrowed the owner's microwave, which was very kind. Breakfast was nutritious and delicious. The owner also recommended a local farmhouse restaurant that had great food and fair prices. Plus, they offered pick-up and drop-off service to and from the scenic area, and parking at the B&B was convenient. Highly recommended!"

"**Facilities:** The hotel's amenities are excellent and feel brand new. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. It's conveniently located near JiangKou county town, approximately a 15-minute drive to Fanjing Mountain.
**Cleanliness:** The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious. We even received a complimentary upgrade!
**Environment:** There's an outdoor swimming pool. The main downside was some noise in the mornings due to a real estate development under construction nearby. I imagine the surroundings will be much more peaceful once that project is completed.
**Service:** The service was good, and breakfast was decent overall.
**Note:** YunShe Ancient Town is not far from the hotel, but we only had a quick look around as the weather was too hot during our visit."

Perfect
This hotel exceeded our expectations by far. The attention to detail and the warm service made it feel extremely special and comfortable. The garden and the rooms are super beautiful with so much attention to detail. It felt like a sacred, holy place with its temple, library and tea room as well as the garden. The staff was very friendly and helped us out a lot with planning our trip. The drive us to the Fanjing Mountain and also organized a driver to pick us up in Tongren when we came and a driver to drive us to Fenghuang the day we left. Also they had amazing foods and although we are vegetarians and don’t eat meat they had plenty of options. We were lucky to meet a master (teacher) of Buddhism and his student (a tea master who was learning about Buddhism from him). They also made this trip very special since we got invited to traditional tea ceremonies and were able to listen to the singing of prayers and traditional Chinese instruments they played for us. This hotel is the perfect place for these sort of guests and it’s perfect if you want a relaxing meditative Chinese experience. The surrounding countryside is very beautiful as well and perfect for going on a walk to explore a little. We hope we will be able to come again in the future.

This was the best service we received in China so far. We booked the hotel quite last moment after contacting the owner, because they were extremely helpful securing for us the Fanjingshan tickets offline (because online tickets were sold out). Then they prepared breakfast and snacks for us before climbing the mountain. It is only a bit over a kilometer from the scenic area entrance. Our concierge Xiao Wu and his hospitality was beyond anything we ever experieneced in any hotel, he helped us organize a transportation, helped with translating, recommended the best restaurants in the area and even handled discounts for us. When it comes to the hotel itself - beautiful smaller place but with lot of rooms. The pool is nice relaxing treat after hard walking the main attraction in the area. Always clean and well organized. The only thing we did not understand was that big rooms had only one double bad, and room with two double beds was comparatively smaller.. I wish more international tourists would visit this area and this hotel in particular, the staff would appreciate practicing some English.. :-)

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the kind and handsome staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and even upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious room with stunning views. He also surprised us with some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, especially the egg dish😊, I’d love to know the recipe if the owner sees this review!😂 On the second day, when we were preparing to climb Mount Fanjing Shan, the staff went above and beyond by providing us with gloves and a raincoat, as well as offering us a lift. Their generosity and attention to detail truly made our trip so much more comfortable. We had such a great time and are so grateful for the hospitality. I highly recommend staying here. P.S. A big thank you to the handsome staff member who made our stay so special and memorable!

It was such a surprise find at Fanjingshan. The rooms are big with modern facilities including toilet seat sensor. The inn also has a lift for those with big luggages and don’t want to climb the stairs with them, a feature that is not in all the inns around. We have such a comfortable stay, even if it was just for a night. We took a didi to the inn in the evening and in the morning, the owner drove us to the gate of Fanjingshan to purchase the tickets. He also offered to pick us up when we are done for the day at fjs. He also helped us to engage a driver who drove us to fenghuang ancient town for a fair price based on our cab fare from Tongren to fjs. I will definitely recommend this inn which is also new, opened in March 2023. 房间干净偏大，负有摩登设施。 民宿里也有电梯，无需扛大行李上楼。 我们住得舒适也吃得好。 推荐！
