The B&B is located near Nanhua Palace, but it's not noisy; instead, it offers a secluded, peaceful, and tranquil atmosphere.

The service is very good, call me at noon to confirm the check-in time. I asked if I had a child, whether the combed bed needed to be laid and other issues. And helped me and my friends arrange the room on the same floor, very intimate.
The room and public areas are very clean, some dead corners of the room are also clean, such as the faucet has no water marks, and the shower room floor is dry.

GGuest UserThe hotel's overall environment design is excellent, with lush gardens and water features surrounding the rooms. A morning stroll is incredibly refreshing, and the ecosystem is thriving. Soaking in the hot springs while listening to birdsong is truly relaxing.
Regarding the facilities, the rooms are clean and hygienic, with good quality bedding and towels. There's a wide selection of pillows, and the hot springs are radon-rich, leaving your skin feeling smooth – I heard it's great for your skin. There's also a fairly large play pool in the hot springs area that kept the kids entertained for ages, so much so that we didn't have time for any other activities. The breakfast quality is also very good.
As for the service, a butler contacted me even before my arrival to ask about any special requests. The hotel's service is very flexible; they try their best to accommodate guests' needs and enhance their experience, as long as it doesn't disrupt hotel operations. Since fewer people were using the hot springs due to the hot weather, they upgraded my room and extended my check-out time, allowing me to enjoy a very comfortable soak.

The sound was clearly passed into the room, which made us unable to sleep. Of course, this can't blame the guests who played mahjong upstairs, but when we gave feedback to the front desk, the front desk said two opinions: 1. Blame us for the feedback too late, saying that if we feedback them earlier, the hotel can handle it. 2. You can change rooms for us, and you can emphasize changing rooms on the 2nd floor. This room is better than ours. I need to explain that the first problem is that guests playing mahjong at 12 o'clock in the night can't decide. The second problem is that we don't need a better room, we want a room that is not so noisy, we have no interest in taking advantage of the hotel. As a result, we finally chose to check out early and drive back to Chengdu directly. This matter was not a big deal, nor was it the responsibility of the hotel. The guests playing mahjong upstairs were not responsible, but the attitude of the front desk staff was uncomfortable. I hope that the hotel will strengthen the training of the front desk.
