Liaocheng Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel is in a great location. When checking in, a towel was handed to me. There was a piece of fresh lemon on the towel, which was very creative. The front desk staff was very warm and thoughtful, especially the front desk staff Xiao Hu. The service attitude was very good and in place. Parking was also very convenient. A gift was given when checking out.

The room is large and comfortable, facing Dongchang Lake, with an excellent location. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, especially friendly to pets. There weren't many people in the ancient city, so it was nice to have a small group trip. It was a perfect ending to the first stop of the National Day trip.

Hygiene: The room is quite clean. Very satisfied! Tatami, with a mat and quilt, it is wide enough for three people to sleep. Environment: Fresh and clean, the environment is very good. It is unique. It was raining, so I just walked around. Facilities: Room settings, smart toilet. The air conditioner was not very powerful at first, the room was high and spacious, and the temperature dropped later, which was good! Service: The service was very good. It was raining heavily, and the store was very good.

The room is huge! Keep the living room and bedroom apart, so you can sleep with the door closed without being affected at all! Great for light sleepers! Very satisfied with this! You can also see children playing on the slide through the round window! Clever design! Dyson hair dryer has been planted! It’s really useful! The big bathtub is also very comfortable! The hotel is in a good location! There are several restaurants to choose from around! But we ate the steak in the store! Tastes great!

I took my family out for a holiday and chose Liaocheng Arcadia Hotel, which is a garden-style hotel. The executive room of the hotel I stayed in had a very good environment. Dongchang Lake was right outside the door. The room was also very spacious and clean. The staff was also very enthusiastic. There were fruits in the room. The breakfast was also good, with rich varieties and local characteristics. Manager Zhang gave me a handy gift when I checked out. The check-out speed was very fast. I will bring my family to experience the hot springs next time. Thumbs up

I booked it in advance with Ctrip, and I paid a 200 yuan deposit at the store. The room was quite big, with a complete set of sofas and stools. Four or five people could sit in the room. Let me talk about the service. It was around 10 pm. I wanted to blow dry my hair after taking a shower. It was less than two seconds after I plugged it in, and the hair dryer stopped working. It should be overheat protection, but I had just turned it on for less than two seconds. I contacted the front desk, and the staff took it away and said they would see if they would replace it. It took about 20 minutes in total. When they brought it back, they told me that it was working. If it was too hot, I could take off the front hair dryer head. Then I plugged it in, and it stopped working again after two seconds. I took the hair dryer to the front desk, and the staff who had just taken the hair dryer tried it and said that there was no way, the room was full, there were no extra hair dryers, and then there was no more. He kept talking to himself and said that there was no way. There was no apology or solution during the whole process. When I got angry, another staff contacted a hair dryer and sent it to the room. I was speechless. Such a big hotel didn't even have a spare hair dryer. Faced with such an emergency, this was the way to deal with it. It's the first time I've encountered such a situation after booking hotels with Ctrip for so long. The last picture is the faucet in our room. The scale must have not been cleaned for a long time. Finally, I would like to ask, when I booked, Ctrip provided a service to upgrade the room, but I did not enjoy it when I arrived at the hotel. I don’t know if it is a problem of the hotel or Ctrip. In short, I am not satisfied with this stay.

I drove to Liaocheng during the May Day holiday and went to Liaocheng. I stayed in this hotel's superior smart bed room. The hotel is close to Liaocheng Bus Station, not far from the ancient city of Water and Dongchang River. The hotel opened in 2022, the internal facilities are very new, the sound insulation is not very good, and the breakfast variety is very small. The service is very good, there is free coffee milk tea popsicles in the lobby, free parking spaces at the door, and many small restaurants nearby.

I like this hotel. It is surrounded by large supermarkets, bus stations, railway stations and high-speed rail stations. It is very convenient. There are many varieties of breakfast, including hot dishes, cold dishes, soy milk, milk, millet porridge and other staple foods. There are also many rooms that are clean and hygienic. The room I checked in on the day was not too tight. I have upgraded. I will not upgrade. That's right. I just want to say thank you very much for the front desk service. The environment is good and the facilities are also very good. The price/performance ratio is very good. I recommend everyone to stay. After all, cheap and big hotels are hard to find hahaha.
