The windows are not soundproof; the front desk attitude is general, frequent promotion of membership cards, ask if you can check out late, no follow-up reply; one of the two takeaways is sent directly upstairs by the takeaway staff, the security is low; after the half-way cleaning, a pair of slippers is inexplicably missing and not replenished; living in the first room has a nightmare. The cleaning aunt has a good service attitude.

Upon arrival at the hotel in the evening, the front desk staff was very welcoming and professional. The front desk quickly confirmed my booking news and completed the check-in efficiently. The front desk also took the initiative to ask me about the purpose of my stay. After learning that I was on a business trip, I specially provided me with news and transportation guides in the nearby business district, which made me feel very intimate. The whole check-in process was very smooth, there was almost no waiting time, which saved me precious time. My room was assigned to the higher floor of the hotel with a wide view overlooking the city. After entering the room, I found that the room layout was reasonable, the space was spacious, and the bedding was clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. LLezhengrongqingBooked two rooms, the overall environment is good, I like the public area, it is very large, there is a sunken reading and rest area, it has a great atmosphere. It is very comfortable whether you take a stroll along the city wall or wander in the alleys of the ancient city at night. The room facilities are warm and have a small speaker. The cleanliness of the bedding needs to be improved. I didn't take pictures in the early morning. There was a hard stain, but I didn't think too much about it because I covered myself with the quilt inside out. The shower room drains slowly, and water accumulates after a while of showering. The Mulan Hotel where I stayed had central air conditioning just outside the window, which made a loud buzzing noise in the middle of the night. As the hotel was fully booked that day and it was already past midnight, there was only a new girl on duty at the front desk, so I endured it all night. I would consider staying here again, but I would not choose the Mulan room again.
