"The facilities are complete, odorless, and relatively clean. The mini-bar drinks in the room are complimentary. Upon check-in, they provided slippers and a kaleidoscope for the child, as well as a welcome fruit platter. When checking out, we received a bag of souvenirs. The restaurant on the first floor offers a wide variety of dishes, and all the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! 👍

"Returning to Lu'an again, we continued our itinerary from last week, and once again received warm reception and careful care from our exclusive housekeeper, Ms. Pi, who took care of every detail. I was also lucky enough to taste the sumptuous breakfast of Wanxi Hotel that combines Chinese and Western styles. The strong aroma of American coffee is paired with the authentic Lu'an breakfast delicacy - Qianzhang Bao Youtiao, haha! A dazzling array of fruits of all colors. Every waiter is very professional in their hospitality. I also tried to pack breakfast once, and it was packed properly.
The hardware, facilities, services, management, sanitation, and geographical conditions are all first-rate. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door, which is very convenient!

"Lu'an Hotel is the first choice for Kaiyuan Mingting, and the location is very conspicuous. It is very convenient to go out to take a taxi and call Didi, and you can go directly to the entrance of the lobby. The lobby environment is good, the smell of the fragrance is good and advanced. The overall living facilities are complete, the equipment is advanced and perfect. Miss Kobayashi at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and actively helped us change rooms and carry luggage. Very satisfied with the stay, the room is very clean"

"The room is very beautiful, clean, comfortable bedding, rich breakfast, great bath water pressure, good, prepared according to five-star standards, compared to this price, the hotel room price is really not high, not the hotel problem but the city development problem! Highlights: 1. In the afternoon, the waiter sent fruit snacks and Tremella soup, the service staff was enthusiastic, the Tremella soup was good in temperature and taste, and the fruit was fresh. I have stayed in many hotels, and such sincere service is rare. 2. Every room attendant on the 17th floor greeted me warmly, and before leaving, he also specifically reminded me to have a safe journey. The hotel housekeeper was attentive. 3. The hotel gym is fully equipped, not inferior to any social gym. 4. There is a dedicated smoking room in the lobby, which is the first time I have seen it in a hotel, innovative! If I have some suggestions: The coffee pot for breakfast is a bit low-grade, and I happened to meet a foreigner who also drank coffee, and I feel that it can be improved. Add English to the menu, because it is all in Chinese, and I happened to meet a Korean guy who wanted noodles. The staff didn't understand, probably because his English was too difficult. "出差之前在網上看亞朵酒店沒有猶豫就選擇了它。這家全國連鎖酒店映像中一直都很好，房間衞生真心很乾凈，無論是差距還是衞浴都是乾淨整潔，早餐十分豐富（麪條、自磨豆漿、飲料熟食、麪包、咖啡等很多酒店都沒有的東西，自選種類豐富），特別是還能提供專門的早餐打包服務，十分適合趕早車人羣，而且提供免費的夜粥服務，對於應酬的人十分友好的一種服務。酒店還具體健身房、洗衣服房（不方便的話也可以讓酒店工作人員代洗，遇到不會操作的客服也是很快當麪服務，十分貼心）。不得不説前台小姐姐不僅人長得哇塞，服務態度十分好，有任何需求都很快可以提供服務和解答。而且這家店臨近月亮島，適合早上跑步跑步人羣，主要是地段十分不錯，周邊很繁華。真心值得推薦的一家酒店。"

We stayed at this hotel during a cycling trip and absolutely loved the mountain location — perfect for scenic rides and fresh air. It's also conveniently located near the shopping street, making transportation easy and quick. Overall, a very good hotel. However, I have one suggestion: the bathroom doors currently lack privacy. People outside can clearly see if someone is using the toilet, which is a bit inconvenient for colleagues traveling together.

We had an excellent stay since the moment we arrived, the welcome was great and all the time the service was excellent with a lot of nice details. The local Anhui food was delicious. The room was very clean, cute and comfortable, great view to the mountain. Excellent experience, would love to stay there again.

I had a truly delightful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely stunning, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the dining experience was both prompt and mouth-watering. I'm still awestruck by the sheer beauty of the hotel and the room. Highly recommended for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Nthe place was right in the Scenic area which was great if you like late strolls along the river. For the price i paid and the location, I don't have anything bad to say. However there was a bit of a leak in the bathroom I hope they fix soon. But wasn't too bad

The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful. Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

I am happy with my stay because the hosts are very kind. They let me use their umbrella when it rained, they let me use their scale when I needed to weigh some food, and they had a washing machine that I could use. The hotel has a good location as well.
