The room can see Wanxi College on the island and the Radio and Television Tower on the opposite bank. The scenery is good. The above-ground and underground parking lots are spacious and convenient. The room is clean and large enough. Xiaolin, the receptionist, has a good service attitude and is professional. Will continue to consider it again!

When you drive to the front, there are plenty of parking spaces behind the front building, so you don't have to worry about parking. Enter the store, the reception is standardized, the work is efficient, the answer is patient, and the guests are at home. The room is spacious, the facilities are complete, the bed pillow is comfortable, the environment is quiet, and the connection to the local area network is very convenient. The next morning, I was in a hurry to hurry and didn't care about the hotel's breakfast. It was a little regrettable, but it did not hinder the overall impression of the hotel.

GGuest UserReturning to Lu'an again, we continued our itinerary from last week, and once again received warm reception and careful care from our exclusive housekeeper, Ms. Pi, who took care of every detail. I was also lucky enough to taste the sumptuous breakfast of Wanxi Hotel that combines Chinese and Western styles. The strong aroma of American coffee is paired with the authentic Lu'an breakfast delicacy - Qianzhang Bao Youtiao, haha! A dazzling array of fruits of all colors. Every waiter is very professional in their hospitality. I also tried to pack breakfast once, and it was packed properly.
The hardware, facilities, services, management, sanitation, and geographical conditions are all first-rate. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door, which is very convenient!
I must give thumbs up to Wanxi Hotel for its value for money!

GGuest UserAs a five-star hotel in Jinzhai, the air-conditioning host did not open at the end of November. I wanted to take a hot bath and turn on the air-conditioning for half an hour. After looking for a waiter to repair it, the host was not open. After more than half an hour, it was opened. At 2 o'clock in the night, it was a little cold. The air-conditioning host was turned off again. Really crying and laughing. The service standard of the five-star hotel is not ten or eight miles away, and the breakfast is not as good as the previous online. Nothing to eat. Front desk clerk service is good

AAnonymous UserThe arrangement of the rooms were quite confusing although room numbers were written on the walls as guide. I noticed that some rooms weren't chronologically come next to each other. Perhaps they could try rearranging the room numbers / places for easier and faster recognition. They may also opt to put bathrobes in every room regardless which type of room it is as well as add some coffee / tea sachets / sets as some visitors might not have much time or opportunity to go get or buy outside or somewhere. The windows also don't have metal brackets outside for security reasons / purposes. Some lighting weren't even properly working as well as the air conditioning seemed a bit weird, like blowing hot wind and then blowing cold wind a couple of times after (and it's winter season at the time of this writting). Additional English - speaking staff could have also been present for easier assistance for foreigners or expats. These were just few observations / considerations for better improvement but never imply a bad reflection about the place. Overall, it's still a good hotel which is recommendable. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The convenient and accessible location of the hotel were also very good points, plus it's by the road or main highway. I would still add this to my hotel list the next time I visit Lu'an again. Thank you!
