A newly opened hotel. Everything is new. The room is very large and spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds. There are two pillows, one of which is sponge and very comfortable. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good, and they are very enthusiastic in answering any questions. The only drawback is that the restaurant does not have heating and the temperature is a bit low. The food got cold quickly. Easy parking.

The newly opened five-star hotel in my hometown has a great environment, especially the night view, with its beautiful fountain and light show. The room window offers a view of Sleeping Beauty Mountain. The hotel service is also excellent; they called to ask if I needed anything and helped arrange a higher floor. They even gave me a Mid-Autumn Festival gift bag with snacks and an eye mask – very thoughtful! I'm so happy that my hometown has such a wonderful hotel.

About the accommodation: Overall it is good and suitable for a family vacation. The boss is very friendly. The child comes up and asks the boss uncle for a hug! Moreover, the boss's father is very nice, and the uncle is also very enthusiastic. It feels like home and it is easy to get along with him. 😊 At that time, it was the large balcony with mountain view of this B&B that attracted me the most. We booked a family room with two two-meter beds, over 60 square meters in size, a panoramic balcony, floor-to-ceiling windows, and smart home technology. It is recommended for those traveling with children. It is near Tiantangzhai Scenic Area, 8-10 minutes' walk away. The B&B is very clean, has a children's toy room, is very quiet and has convenient parking. Living in a scenic area is not necessarily convenient! Because we still have to open the mountain road! ⭐About food: Breakfast is provided by the B&B, it is a home-cooked meal, very rich and nutritious. It’s also suitable for babies! On the day of our lunch hike, we made do with the food in our backpacks. We stayed for two nights. We ate at this B&B that night, the night of the second day when we went down the mountain, and at noon on the third day when we returned. The food cooked by the owner's mother was very clean and suited the taste of many people! There are also foods for babies. For adults, we recommend hanging pot chicken and roast pork with wild bamboo shoots! So delicious, we ordered it twice. The baby eats potatoes with shredded pork, scrambled eggs, and soups. In short, they are all clean and delicious. Don't step on landmines.

Staying at this new hotel again, my last stay here was truly unforgettable! I was immediately struck by the spaciousness and pristine cleanliness of the room. Every corner was spotless, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy was the wide variety of complimentary drinks provided in the room, all of which were delicious and ensured I could enjoy a refreshing beverage at any time. The hotel's overall service was also excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, providing prompt and detailed answers to every question. Furthermore, the hotel's location is superb, offering convenient transportation and numerous interesting attractions nearby. If you are looking for a hotel that offers both comfortable accommodation and excellent service, I highly recommend this one. I have already decided to choose this hotel again for my next trip and look forward to experiencing their exceptional service once more.

Returning to Lu'an again, we continued our itinerary from last week, and once again received warm reception and careful care from our exclusive housekeeper, Ms. Pi, who took care of every detail. I was also lucky enough to taste the sumptuous breakfast of Wanxi Hotel that combines Chinese and Western styles. The strong aroma of American coffee is paired with the authentic Lu'an breakfast delicacy - Qianzhang Bao Youtiao, haha! A dazzling array of fruits of all colors. Every waiter is very professional in their hospitality. I also tried to pack breakfast once, and it was packed properly. The hardware, facilities, services, management, sanitation, and geographical conditions are all first-rate. Takeaways can be delivered directly to the door, which is very convenient! I must give thumbs up to Wanxi Hotel for its value for money!

The hotel front desk service was excellent; the staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and problems were resolved promptly, meeting guests' needs. It's also conveniently located near the shopping street, making transportation easy and quick. Overall, a very good hotel. However, I have one suggestion: the bathroom doors currently lack privacy. People outside can clearly see if someone is using the toilet, which is a bit inconvenient for colleagues traveling together.

The hotel occupies a unique original ecological lake view, facing the hotel square, just a few steps downstairs, watching the sunset in the evening, the sun shines on the lake and the lawn, and the wallpaper-level blockbuster is a shot. The front desk 1103 check-in efficiency is high, and the breakfast is fresh and rich. The overall stay is soothing, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the first choice for pure vacation relaxation, and the price is far more than most resort-type hotels.

🚗Transportation: When taking a taxi around Lu'an Lingxin Valley Hot Spring Resort, ride-sharing services are easier to get, while express taxis are generally unavailable. 🛁Facilities: I booked two rooms on different floors: the Bamboo Forest Hot Spring and the Linquan Hot Spring House. The upstairs Bamboo Forest Hot Spring (6217) had a significant sewage smell. The private hot spring can be turned on directly by guests, and the water quality is very soft. Children have their own bathrobes. The indoor playground has two floors, and the kids had a great time. 🧡Service: I booked for two consecutive days, but the welcome fruit was only provided on the first day, and the drinks in the mini-fridge were only refilled after I reminded them. However, the service attitude was excellent. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Thumbs up to shuttle bus driver Master Wang Yongsheng and Master Zhu of car No. 6! 🏡Environment: The hotel environment is very good, and the soundproofing is also decent. Being in the mountains, mosquitoes are inevitable, but with the electric mosquito repellent in the room, there were basically no mosquitoes. 🏪Surroundings: Across from Lu'an Lingxin Valley Hot Spring Resort is the Wanxi Grand Canyon, and there are many farmhouse restaurants below the parking lot.

I booked a standard room this year, but I like the more expensive business room I booked last year. It has a balcony and I can go out to see the beautiful autumn scenery. I also like the hotel hot spring. It is not big, but there are not many people. I was satisfied last year and came again this year. The price-performance ratio is very high.

Service level: The boss and the proprietress are enthusiastic. If there is a need, you can discuss with the boss or the proprietress and they will help us! Infrastructure: Complete facilities, whether it is a hair dryer, or a bathroom and toilet, they are quite up to the domestic standard! Health and safety: For such a hotel, health is quite good. Transportation: give a small suggestion, travel must be in advance. The local bus is developed, so there is no need to worry about inconvenience. Solve eating: the boss's house is cooking, don't worry about hunger at all, it is also affordable!
