When I enter the lobby, the girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and quickly checked in. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable to sleep. The sanitary conditions are excellent. The smart toilet is separated from wet and dry. It is also very quiet. "The room was clean and tidy, facing the garden, and looking out gave a feeling of sunshine flooding the earth. The front desk service was excellent; check-in was very fast, and they thoughtfully provided drinking water. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel were beautiful. Especially the back garden area, it felt like entering a botanical garden."

"We passed by Luohe to rest during our self-driving tour and chose this hotel. I didn't have any expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel. The hotel is very new, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is especially rich, with spicy and spicy local soup and mutton soup. "The room was well-planned, with separate wet and dry areas, a TV with screen projection, and a comfortable bed with two pillows to choose from. There's on-site parking, and the front desk was friendly. Upon check-in, they provided fruit, milk, drinks, snacks, and a late-night snack. Breakfast was plentiful, and for under 200 yuan, it felt like a star-rated hotel. I'd definitely stay here again if I were to visit Luohe again. It's also very close to the highway."

"I stayed at the Chuyue Hejin Hotel in Luohe for two nights during a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The design felt new and upscale, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and relaxing.
The staff were polite and professional. While not all of them spoke fluent English, they were very helpful and used translation apps to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of both Chinese and some Western options. The restaurant also served dinner, which was convenient since there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance.
The location was central in Luohe and easily accessible by car. It’s a good option if you're visiting for business or just passing through the city.
I would definitely consider staying here again. The quality exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this price range."

Location: the location of the hotel is a bit hard to find as it is at the back of the building and needs to go pass through the security gate upon entry and exit. And although it’s in the heart of the City. There are no resto around the needs to walk more than 400 meters. -the big Wanda mall is just 10 mins drive. -Shenzhou Bird park is 15 to 20 mins drive. Ambiance: the rooms is so spacious and has a great view and the interiors and amenities are excellent. Their toilet bowl is automatic. And has remote control. We actually didn’t expect to find this high tech and trendy hotel in this city. PS We had a good time celebrating my baby’s first birthday. It’s comfy and price friendly. I’ll stay here again next time.

Most importantly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my personal needs. The staff is kind even though they do not speak English but we could understand each other using the telephone translator. The hotel was clean enough and has a good position. The location displayed in the booking was correct. We appreciated welcome snack and drink. The bed is comfortable.

The overall feeling is OK. The hotel environment is clean, tidy and sanitary. The hardware and software facilities are good. The room area is not as big as expected (I have stayed in many Vienna International Hotels, and the characteristic of them is large rooms), but it is still OK. The front desk service is quite professional, and the room manager can help solve problems in a timely manner, which gives people a good feeling. The breakfast is buffet style with a decent variety. It has its own parking lot and there are quite a few restaurants around, so it is very convenient to have a simple meal.
