"The hardware price is nothing to say, the service really has to say, one of the front desk said that there is no big bed, when the front desk booked the big bed is not a successful reservation, indicating that there is a big bed room. The second busier was late, 12 o'clock to get the room card, no one at the front desk, no phone left, the online phone number was empty, shouted twice, no one should wait for the meeting, the third time shouted slowly from the control room out of the individual, said that will not shout... Say your hotel starts at 12 o'clock at the front desk empty, the control room closes the door to sleep? ? ?"
