"Highly recommend this hotel! The service was superb. From the receptionist to the housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us warmly. We bought a lot of carrots and apples while taking our child to the zoo, and the front desk arranged for the kitchen to cut them up and deliver them to our room. For this price and service, I definitely won't choose any other hotel next time I'm in Suining! 👍"

"The front desk staff were very welcoming, offering welcome fruit and thoughtfully turning on the room's air conditioning beforehand to cool it down – something many hotels don't do these days. They even provided fruit upon check-out, creating a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The room was bright and clean. Although it wasn't a newly renovated hotel, the cleanliness was excellent. And despite being on a higher floor, the shower water pressure was strong and comfortable.
The hotel breakfast had a very diverse selection, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food was delicious with fresh ingredients.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip."

The front desk also upgraded the room type. I slept very well, it was quite quiet, the service was very good, the decoration of the room was very new, and the experience was great. "The location of the hotel is really amazing, and you don't have to detour when you travel for food. Although the room is not luxurious, it is clean and refreshing, the cleaning is very meticulous, the corners of the sofa gap and drawer are not dusty. The bed was very comfortable, the sound insulation was good, there was no noise at night, and I could sleep peacefully. There is also a self-service laundry room, and you can change your clothes for a few days on a business trip, which is particularly practical. The price is affordable, the service is good, will come often"

The bathroom was filled with the sound of flushing water, the air conditioner wasn't hot enough and was also very noisy, making for a very unpleasant night. The service was also terrible. Regarding the car service: I carried a large suitcase into the car myself, and when it was time to get out, the driver refused to help at all. It was too difficult for me to carry it alone, so I asked him if he could help me. He rudely told me to get out first, saying, ”How can I carry it if you don't get out?” The worst part is that he stood there for ages seeing I couldn't carry it, but he still didn't let me get out first!

The front desk lady will send warm mineral water intimately. It is too intimate in winter. Is the bookshelf on the first floor very feeling 😁 The overall feeling is that the boss's business philosophy is in place, and the breakfast is nice?

Hygiene: The room is clean, but it's November and there are mosquitoes in the room
Environment: The entire hotel environment is okay, but the pond needs to be cleaned frequently, otherwise there will definitely be a lot of mosquitoes in summer
Service: Let’s not mention the service. When I checked out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, and there was no phone number that could be contacted in a prominent place at the front desk. Maybe they were new and the staff were not well trained in service!
