We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel. The bed we got was basically two separate beds. The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice. The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside."
