"Sehr geehrtes Hotelteam,
ich habe über Trip.com ein Zimmer mit Lake View gebucht, da mir die Aussicht sehr wichtig war. Leider musste ich bei meiner Ankunft feststellen, dass mir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Parkplatz zugewiesen wurde, was absolut nicht meiner Buchung entspricht.
Diese Situation war für mich äußerst enttäuschend. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit viele verschiedene Ausblicke in Hotels erlebt, wie Meerblick oder Ozeanblick, und hatte mich ganz bewusst für Ihre Unterkunft entschieden, um gemeinsam mit meiner Freundin eine besondere Nacht mit Lake View zu genießen. Leider wurde dieses Erlebnis durch das falsche Zimmer erheblich beeinträchtigt.
