"The hotel location is strategic, you can view the pyramid from your room or you can reach to Level 5, there is a rooftop for breakfast. This building come with elevator but can fit maximum 3person (with luggage) at one time. Their front desk is helpful and one of the staff can speak Mandarin. The room sizes was quite spacious for 2persons. You can open the 28inch luggage fully. Cleanliness can be improved further and the furniture is aged. The water heater cannot last long and the temperature is inconsistent, so you have to bath quickly. We stay here for one night only hence we don’t really spend much times in the hotel. I will still recommended this hotel if you are looking for a hotel that closer to the entrance of pyramid and clean neighbourhood."

"I had a pretty decent view of the pyramids from my room, as you can see. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, some of the pillows were the orthopaedic type ones, and the hot water always worked in the bathroom. The on site restaurant was a great place to relax with plenty of outdoor seating. They had a selection of international style dishes and decent coffee and shisha. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and the hotel generally exceeded my expectations."

"The swimming pool is great, the gym is a bit small, but the room is big, basically it's for vacation, a few machines are enough. There are Chinese people in the hotel, if you can't communicate, you can add WeChat, it's very convenient to communicate with Chinese people. There is also a Chinese restaurant, breakfast is both Chinese and Western, suitable for tourism and vacation, very cost-effective!"

"Very good hotel, stayed for three nights, new and very clean modern rooms, we had room 612 with a view of the Pyramid, in the photo and in reality everything corresponds. There is a large terrace also with a view of the pyramid and the city. The staff is very responsive, smiling, honestly I stayed in quite a few different hotels in Egypt, but the staff of this hotel is the best. Breakfasts are modest, but sufficient. Price and quality correspond. Not far from the pyramids, there are cafes, restaurants, pharmacies nearby, everything you need is absolutely enough. I will definitely choose this hotel on my next trip."

"Good value for money. Excellent location. Good service. The cleaner folds towels in different ways every day, including crocodiles and koalas. Probably because our luggage filled up the bedside table, they moved a small table to the room the next day. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is still clean. I recommend it. The breakfast is just enough for the price."

"Room 495 faced the petrol station which was quite noisy. The hotel is a bit old, but it has a lot of history. Next to the Giza pyramid, the hotel overlooks the pyramid. No extra charge to go to the pyramid room. The 139 restaurant has great food and service. The breakfast is rich. Alfredo's restaurant is peaceful and cozy. The family enjoyed a pleasant stay at the hotel. The spa service was average, a bit disappointing."

HHazimmmmGreat stay! As soon as we entered the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the owner and welcomed with some yogurt and congee a satisfying treat after a long flight. The hotel has the feel of an Airbnb or homestay, as it is located in an apartment building. The location is excellent, with an ATM, cafes, and a supermarket all on the same street.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service and hospitality. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, giving us a sense of safety which is especially comforting in a city like Cairo, where you're often approached by people trying to sell you something. Their team goes above and beyond, even accompanying guests to buy fresh fruits if needed.
The owner, Ismail, speaks Arabic, Chinese, and English fluently. As a former tour guide, he offered great recommendations for things to do around Egypt which was especially helpful for us since we didn’t have a strict itinerary. He also helped us navigate Cairo, including how to get to the pyramids and how to use inDrive for ride-hailing, essential information we wouldn't have known otherwise.
As a Singaporean, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone from the region, given its affordability and exceptional service. The pyramid view alone makes it worth staying here!

The staff, especially Mohammed, was very helpful and accommodating, and we had romantic private breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop while overlooking the pyramids! The room was very nicely furnished, with a small fridge and big bathroom. The only complaint was that the shower lacked water pressure and wasn't particularly hot. Right in front of the hotel and up the hill is the entrance to the Pyramids. Excellent location! Overall, I highly recommend Maria Pyramids House.

VViviVillaI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was amazing—beautifully served, and you could really see the dedication put into it. The entire hotel was spotless, and when I turned on the shower, I could smell the bleach, which reassured me of the high level of cleanliness. It’s also a very quiet place, perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts is the convenience of having a mini fridge in the room and a Carrefour right next door. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cairo!

GGuest UserIt's super awesome. We stayed in many hotels while traveling. Although this hotel is small, it is very warm and sunny. It is the hotel where we slept the best. We can see the pyramids from the bed and bathroom in the room. It's super awesome and the owner is very friendly. He likes it very much. China also has its own restaurant right next to it with a panoramic view of the pyramids. You can also see the pyramids on the top floor of the hotel, which is a very good experience.

ZZia SThis was such a lovely place, it was clean, newly created and the staff were all so helpful.
The view was amazing, both in the room and rooftop, you can wake up, use the loo or shower and the view of this ancient site will be visible through the window, a beautiful experience. (I chose the pyramid view room)
The rooftop was lovely, the view was immaculate, you can see the city around and the view of the pyramids with lights at night, you can see the sunrise and sunset, and the moon cycle too.
The staff are always at your service, they often check in on you, unless you want to be alone and they treat you with respect and kindness.
I met the managers of the hotel too, who were so welcoming, they offered me tea, good conversation and were overall good genuine people.
The room was comfortable, I was alone but had the choice of two beds, you can see the view from the bed, the room was very clean, you are provided with everything you need, and if you don't have it you can ask.
The room was also temperature regulated with Aircon above the bed, and a remote to control the speed and temperature, much needed in the Egyptian weather.
Overall the experience was great and I met other people who were staying in the hotel who said good things, which is always good to know when you are alone, staying somewhere new.
Although odd, the hotel being close to the highway was great for getting taxis, bikes and crossing over to walk into the city and town. When you are in your room, and the windows are closed, you rarely hear anything, beside light sounds, it doesn't disturb my sleep at all.
The staff were great, the owners were great, the location was great and it was a good experience which I recommend.

JJamminontha1The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop.
There are only a couple of cons:
1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills
2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere
3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes.
4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause.
5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious
Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.

LLutchmeeWhat a great experience at Jasmine Pyramid Hotel!! All the staff were absolutely amazing shout out to Mahmoud, Merina, Ala'a and Passm, as well as the Kitchen Staff the Head Chef and Faris! Wow! I can honestly say I've never stayed at a place where everyone was so welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying (considering Ramadan) everything was fresh and good. Close to almost everything and just 900m away from the Great Pyramid of Giza, along with the complimentary Airport Shuttle Services, I extended my stay by a further 2 days. The management organized daily Tours for me with some very professional people and in a very ethical arrangement, (which surprised me because I was concerned about negative tourists reviews of Egypt & it was Ramadan so I expected shorter tours & bad service, but Did_Not experience it) the tours were {pricey} however worth the hassle free nature of seeing this bustling metropolis and all its ancient treasures (btw loved my tour guide). Remember this is a developing country, people are financially challenged, so keep your pennies in your pockets ready. All-in-All I was mesmerized, blown away and charmed by this host. Definitely RECCOMEND!

NNatasha SheshaIf you want to stay in a good location with magnificent view of the pyramids this hotel is your best affordable option.. very clean, staff are very attentive and helpful especially Mahmoud from the reception, and the view is mind blowing.
This hotel is facing the new Grand Egyptian Museum which is not fully opened yet, but the visit is highly recommended.
Rooms are big and spacious although a bit dated

CChandreThe location is great as our main attraction was the Great pyramids of Giza. The view is beautiful from the rooftop restaurant and pool. The service was amazing. The workers were very accommodating and made sure our needs were always met. Breakfast was average, there could be more of a variety. Lunch and dinner options were quite tasty.
