"The personal was always super friendly and helpful, super clean, location is super B! The only thing that was a “problem” would be the WiFi. In the room it did not work that well, but it’s a problem I had in all of Egypt so I’d say it was ok. The restaurant/bar upstairs has incredible view of the pyramids at night. I highly recommend this hotel, for many reasons, but mainly because there’s no noise from the streets at all, compared to other areas of Giza."

"I had a pretty decent view of the pyramids from my room, as you can see. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, some of the pillows were the orthopaedic type ones, and the hot water always worked in the bathroom. The on site restaurant was a great place to relax with plenty of outdoor seating. They had a selection of international style dishes and decent coffee and shisha. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and the hotel generally exceeded my expectations."

"Room and toilet is clean. Breakfast buffet is limited. Housekeeping very prompt. Front desk admin friendly. Room view facing pyramids. The only downside is the air conditioning made funny noise and traffic is noisy too because of its location. Beside hotel there’s a mini mart and a vape shop.  A bit upset paid $55USD for airport transfer but the car couldn’t fit us"

"I give a 10/10 to the location, a beautiful terrace looking straight to the Pyramids. What makes this place special are the people working there, some of the kindest we met across Egypt, they helped and made our stay amazing. Definitely recommend Doudou!"

"Our experience was really great: the hotel is very clean, the staff is nice and helpful, breakfast is top notch and you can enjoy your coffee in front of the Pyramid: simply amazing. The rooms are clean, WIFI is working well, the Gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is big and the area around it is nice, the water in April could have been a little bit warmer though. All in all a top experience, would come back any time."

This is a hotel invested in by China National Petroleum Corporation in Egypt, and its dining and amenities all feature Chinese characteristics. First, the breakfast menu includes fried dough sticks, purple rice porridge, tomato and egg noodles, milk, honeydew melon, oranges, and more, guaranteed to satisfy even your Chinese palate. Second, you can order lunch and dinner directly from your room. While the hotel's prices are in US dollars, which might seem intimidating, the menu includes a wide selection of home-cooked dishes and common household items. It's affordable, ensuring you'll feel at home while abroad. The food is delicious and filling. It's refreshing... 2. The hotel is very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum, less than 800 meters away, making it within walking distance. The Pyramids are also 3 kilometers away, making it a great base for a short break. 3. The hotel offers excellent value for money, including slippers and Chinese-style power sockets. 4. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the Chinese management team often offers preferential treatment to domestic guests."

"整理來説還可以接受。房間裝修不錯，整體空間也比較大設施也比較好。就是Check in較慢，用了半個小時。此外有一台停了一個小時的電，房間臨街晚上噪音較大，睡眠較輕的不建議。"

"This hotel is a bit difficult to find. Following the navigation, you'll find the hotel sign after entering the alley. Turn right inside the building and you'll find the elevator. Take the elevator on the far right to the 5th floor, then climb one more flight of stairs. The staff were very nice and polite, offering to help with luggage up the stairs. You can order food at the hotel, but it's not very good and quite expensive. And before eating or drinking, it's best to ask if it's free. Sometimes, we're used to free things in China, but they charge for them. For example, the hotel won't refill our bottles of mineral water, so subsequent bottles are charged, and they're quite expensive. We arrived early on check-in day, and the staff were very nice. They let us wait outside. After the previous guest left, they immediately cleaned and let us check in. However, the water heater in our room didn't work. After we reported it, they gave us another room and let us shower. The response was very prompt and friendly. The water heater was fixed on our second night. I also looked at other room types, and they all seemed quite small, especially the twin rooms, which felt a bit cramped. They were quite clean, though. There were no toilet paper dispensers in the room, only rolls in the bathroom, so remember to bring some! The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, which was a nice touch. The bedding seemed clean, though I did notice a few stains, which was acceptable. The room also had a refrigerator, which cooled well. The air conditioning also cooled well. The street outside was a bit noisy during the day, but it was manageable. Our room also had a view of the pyramids, which was quite nice. The hotel also has a large terrace with views of the pyramids, though there was construction work going on out front, and the crane obstructed the view a bit. All in all, the hotel was quite good and offered excellent value. I highly recommend it if you're staying near the pyramids on a budget."

"The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop. There are only a couple of cons: 1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills 2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere 3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes. 4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause. 5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray."

"What a great experience at Jasmine Pyramid Hotel!! All the staff were absolutely amazing shout out to Mahmoud, Merina, Ala'a and Passm, as well as the Kitchen Staff the Head Chef and Faris! Wow! I can honestly say I've never stayed at a place where everyone was so welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was satisfying (considering Ramadan) everything was fresh and good. Close to almost everything and just 900m away from the Great Pyramid of Giza, along with the complimentary Airport Shuttle Services, I extended my stay by a further 2 days. The management organized daily Tours for me with some very professional people and in a very ethical arrangement, (which surprised me because I was concerned about negative tourists reviews of Egypt & it was Ramadan so I expected shorter tours & bad service, but Did_Not experience it) the tours were {pricey} however worth the hassle free nature of seeing this bustling metropolis and all its ancient treasures (btw loved my tour guide). Remember this is a developing country, people are financially challenged, so keep your pennies in your pockets ready. All-in-All I was mesmerized, blown away and charmed by this host. Definitely RECCOMEND!"
