Excellent service, clean hotel and the breakfast was amazing!

Nice, clean and friendly

We are grateful to Camp travel tours whom had this hotel in their list. The hotel was clean, smell good, the rooms are spacious especially for big groups and families. Their location was very near to the pyramids. So our daily breakfast was breathtaking. They have provided great service, very helpful and understanding as one of our friend wasn’t able to come they were accommodating and did the needful. Their breakfast was simple but very sufficient to start the day. They have blowers and offer laundry service if needed. We tried their dinner and the Kofta was great true to price. The linen and duvet could be improved to be more smoother otherwise all about the hotel is great. The staff were honest, neat and helpful. From Mr. Issam, Ms. Nouha, the housekeeping did a great job. The restaurant staff Zousi, Hamada, Faris and Islam. Thank you for making our stay in Egypt very relaxing and worthwhile. Kudos!

The hotel is beautiful, great location not too far from the pyramids. The room was spectacular, very clean , comfortable bed and very nice design. The staff is very attentive and nice. The food from the restaurant very tasty. Would definitely come back/ recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We stayed at this hotel twice in October 2023. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived at a very early hour in the morning. The hotel is clean and comfortable but its outstanding feature is its staff. They are really nice and make the hotel such a great place to stay. They are welcoming, helpful, amusing, and very professional. This is a happy hotel. The breakfast is quite good, and evening meals are available upon request. We really enjoyed an excellent dinner up on the terrace with a view of the top of the pyramids. Locanda Museum is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It has heart and soul... provided by its truly excellent staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed three nights at this hotel. All staff were very attentive, friendly and respectful. Prior to our stay we communicated with Tamar via email who arranged airport taxi pick up and a two day private tour with a guide. Our driver, Nassar, and guide, Abbas were true gentleman and very knowledgeable. The rooms are brand new, comfortable and clean. There are toiletries provided; shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Hairdryer is available on request. We made a few suggestions to enhance breakfast options. They were very open to feedback. Overall, we had a great time in Cairo and fitted a lot of sightseeing before heading to Luxor.

Cons: Extremely noisy during day and night and the traffic noise penetrates through the windows,Hotel is still under construction, room was very tight, there is absolutely no convenient store or pharmacy in the vicinity, during our stay the power went out 7 times and with triple digit temperatures it was very uncomfortable since the hotel does not have a backup generator, and with the power gone there is no running water either, very limited and same items every day in the breakfast and they actually ration you for coffee and a small cup of juice, and all food items are extremely overpriced, very very inconvenient to get to during my whole trip not one Uber or taxi driver was able to find our location and had to be given extra instructions every time .
