"I thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant!
The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!"

"No service, basically self-service. There is no need to worry about hygiene and comfort. It's because it's a bit like the apartment-style accommodation in large units in China. It feels like there is only a dormitory manager in the whole building. Every door is locked and there is no sound at all, so the sense of security is a bit lacking. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to describe it as having no worldly air. There is a kitchen in the room, but it is difficult to buy food. Without a car, you can't go too far to buy food. The road was full of cars and few pedestrians, and there was not much of a bustling atmosphere. My mother and I traveled on our own, and his father did not go, so we felt insecure. Actually, there were no accidents. We went to see the Airbus headquarters museum. Anyway, there is no atmosphere of fireworks. It is very close to Airbus headquarters. Taxi 12 euros. 20 minutes walk. The locals should live a relatively closed life, and are very self-centered and uncivilized in ideology. They are the kind of people who have never seen a bigger or better world, and think that owning the Airbus headquarters means they own the whole world, and they are the only ones who are superior to others. So when dealing with them, you must be very polite and have high standards of manners, otherwise you will be misunderstood. Haha, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. It's no big deal."

"Very central, and very friendly staff. Unfortunately the carpet throughout the building was filthy. The building is neglected but for a short visit it is perfect of you're not picky. I arrived to my room and the toilet was not functioning properly. Staff were on it within 40 minutes and had fixed it themselves asap. Very accommodating and helpful with anything I was unsure with. Minimal amenities in the room, but was lucky enough to have a balcony nonetheless. Functioning AC too. You pay for what you get."

"The area is very convenient, close to the city center and the subway ... Toulouse main attraction for about 15 minutes, but we fully understand the facts when we choose it. The hotel offers good value for money, especially the location. The room was spacious but because the carpet was a bit old. Wi-Fi worked normally. The room was clean. "The room was soundproofed, although it was a house facing the street, and the outside sound was basically not heard after closing the window. Breakfast is OK, there is freshly squeezed orange juice. There is no small refrigerator in the room, but the hotel let us put the things we bought in the refrigerator in their kitchen, which was very intimate. The staff is kind and courteous.
There is no hot water in the room."

If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient.
The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals.
The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind.
Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience.

Upon check-in, although we arrived early we were offered complimentary refreshments and the staff gave us a map on a run down on the local area. Fantastic stay from start to finish, all of the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. We had a room on the 7th floor, very well presented, clean and equipped with everything we required for our stay. Comfy bed, excellent nights sleep.
Excellent express breakfast available for €5, coffee, juice, fruit and pastry. We'll worth it!

YYAHUAThe hotel is about 700-800 meters from the train station, walking distance, and close to the city center. The breakfast at the Samsung Hotel is almost the same, and it is sure to be full. The room is larger than the room of the same level hotel in Paris.

MMaiaThis was a last minute reservation for missing a train connection. The two-room suite comfortably fit up to 4 adults with kitchenette and working towel heaters. Onsite laundry and optional continental breakfast. We had some older adults that had trouble using the bathtub safely, however, we found everything else adequate. They will hold your bags free of charge for a few hours if needed since checkout is by 11am. The metro station is in easy walking distance to explore Toulouse too. We will need to plan another trip to stay here again and explore this charming city.

Only negatives are the hotel is a bit old-fashioned and my bathroom was a bit tatty. Needs updating. Also there were no charging points by the bed. And several times I came in to reception - such as at check in, and another day to collect my key I had dropped off - and there was no one there and no one answered the bell despite me pressing it several times. This needs to be improved.
Otherwise I had a good stay.

AAnonymous UserLocation was excellent and the staff were all very polite and friendly n spoke English. There were however mosquitoes in my room which I could get rid of n it was annoying.
The staff were also helpful in booking a taxi for me for my trip to Toulouse airport.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and return to stay if I’m back in Toulouse again.
They also allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out .

AakiramujinaClose to downtown Toulouse, conveniently located less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. There is also a cheap supermarket LIDL and a coin laundry nearby, which is appreciated by travelers. The room assigned this time was semi-basement, but the room was clean and spacious enough and the air conditioner was properly used. There is no refrigerator or pot, but I think there is no problem if it is a short stay. Staff is a little cold.
