"Bonjour,
J’ai réservé une chambre double normale pour mes parents et une chambre double PMR pour mon conjoint en fauteuil roulant (non marchant) et moi même.
• Pour la chambre double normale : Très bien hormis le fonctionnement du savon qui est nul.
• Pour la chambre PMR :
Le lit est plutôt juste pour deux personnes mais confortable.
1 grande serviette par personne.. 1 grande et 1 petite serait le minimum sachant qu’il n’y en a pas pour les mains et que les chambres normales ont 2 serviettes.
Les toilettes sont un peu trop hautes pour une personne en fauteuil et surtout trop proche du mur mais bon ça va encore contrairement à la douche qui elle n’est pas faite pour des handicapés non marchants que ce soit le savon trop loin, les barres mal placées, le siège sans dossier ..
Pour ce qui est du service, plutôt réactif mais à revoir :
À partir de 20h30 la réception ferme, il y a donc une borne extérieure pour faire son check-in soi même. Malheureusement ce jour là celle-ci ne fonctionnait pas il fallait donc que l’hôtel m’envoie les codes et le numéro des chambres pour pouvoir rentrer. Je n’ai jamais reçu ces codes. J’ai dû appeler le service client et gérer cela alors que c’était à eux de faire le nécessaire dès qu’ils ont su en début de journée que la borne ne fonctionnait pas. Et non attendre que j’appelle alors que j’étais occupé. Heureusement la femme que j’ai eu au téléphone était très gentille et réactive.
Quand nous sommes partis le lendemain personne à la réception. Nous n’avons donc croisé aucun membre du personnel que ce soit pour nous accueillir ou pour notre départ.
Également, le petit déjeuner proposé par message est au prix de 8,50€. Cependant dans l’hôtel celui ci est affiché à 11,90€. Il faudrait donc que vous évitiez d’annoncer des prix par message si vous ne les connaissez pas ou ne les avaient pas mis à jour."

It is only 1km away from the town center. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. The bath and bedding are very comfortable. It is the first choice for business trips.
