"Location was good, close to city center. Parking space is limited but you may park right across the hotel.
Room was kinda small but enough for a short stay, bathroom may need some attention on the cleaning side and maybe renovation as it was old.

"Location is great too and nearby some good small restaurant. Staffs are friendly and good to inform somethings. Breakfasts menu is great too, trust me :). The closest train station is Solo Balapan but my train arrived in Purwosari and only took around 10-15 minutes by car to get there. Will go back to Solia hotel once I travel to Solo next time :) and dont worry if your flights or train schedule late than your check out time you can ask staffs to keep your luggage with them"

"My second visit at this hotel. Their petit rooms which have excellent inferior are the best option for someone like me who only visit 1-2 nights & doesn't really have much things to carry with. "The security guard's greeting was ok, the cashier to check in was friendly, there was a small incident in the room using the lift to the 2nd floor, the lift suddenly closed by itself when my wife was about to enter, her hands weren't clamped, usually the lift won't close if there are still people, but it's ok. deluxe room has a king bed, has a work desk, lounge chairs, has a refrigerator, storage for things, a large cupboard, the bathroom has a bathtub, hot water. The receptionist's telephone number is answered quickly, there is a spa, free swimming pool, free gym, free sauna , and the most awaited food in the restaurant is a lot of choice, it's delicious, like a 4 star hotel. If you're in Solo, I think you'll still choose Sunan as a place to rest. Thank you Sunan for accompanying me on my holiday, I hope the service will be maintained and improved again. Always successful."

"Staffs: Very friendly
Room: 3rd floor, the view is neighbour's roof.
Parking lot: very limited
Breakfast: good, but there was a dead caterpillar. The chef apologized and explained the process in the kitchen. This incident was unintentional.
Location: down town, close to Pasar Gede, Alun-alun, Balai Kota, Benteng, and so on.
Drinking water: askthe staff for a refill
Hotel theme: Javanese (and Batik) culture, with statues everywhere and masks in the room.
Overall: good to excellent"

While the hotel has a trendy appeal, I noticed that even in the higher room categories, some amenities were lacking, such as a minibar fridge and smart TV features. Despite the limited breakfast choices, the quality was quite premium, making it a delightful start to the day. The location of Moxy Solo is excellent, providing easy access to the city's attractions, which was convenient for my business engagements. The staff stood out for their enthusiastic service, always greeting me by name, which added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, Moxy Solo offered a unique experience that complemented my business visit to the city.

BBeebeebeelWhile it is a budget hotel, but the rooms are not as small as typical in that class, it includes a small table so possible to work or have a meal without sitting on the bed. Amenities are generous for this class, they provide toiletries and disposable slippers(!) all packed in one sealed pouch.
The rooms a re clean but showing a bit of it age, but the main grouche is the noise coming through the window which came from the indoor basketball court opposite.
High floor have a nice view overlooking Solo.

GGuest UserI can't find any other word to describe this Hotel that fits more than Exceed Expectation.
I stayed here for six nights, and almost every day, the Housekeeper made some cute animal towels in the room, not to mention that the room was brand new and sparkly clean.
Let's talk about Breakfast. I was surprised by how wide the varieties of Breakfast were, starting from authentic Solo delicacies, Indonesian dishes, and some Western options. Aside from that, all of them were Yummy!
For the price I paid. Worth the bucks. If I compare it with some hotels I have stayed in outside Indonesia, Solia Zigna is still the winner.
On the second day of my stay, I remember the staff from Front Desk sent me some chocolate to the room, talking about exceptional service! Thank you so much.
I would say this Hotel is very suitable for someone who wants to chill on holiday and make a short business trip to Solo. Next to the Hotel building, there is Canting Londo Restaurant, the perfect place to set up some business meetings or meet up with some clients. Later it's nice to walk around Kampung Batik Laweyan, Located right behind the Hotel (exit from the Front Desk door ).
Overall this Hotel deserved Five stars review from me.
For the Price - Location - Food and Beverage - and Service, IT SO WORTHED!

My wife left her diamond ring on the table during check out and the hotel staff made prompt effort to safe the item, notified me, and had it ready when I picked it up. Thank you very much, it is not so much about the price of the ring, but it is about the memory of our wedding anniversaries.

VverycoldbrewThe hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition.
But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all.
Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended...

GGuest UserRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

PPancariastutiI choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing..
Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name)..
