"Everything is great! Staffs are very helpful, they even sent an informative email before my arrival, regarding how to locate the place and to facilitate check in. Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away."

"Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ):
Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well.
Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area.
Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators
Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!"

"It is very close to the railway station. Although the location is not particularly conspicuous, it is still easy to find. The owner is a kind old woman who speaks English slowly. In order to make everyone understand, the old woman is also very enthusiastic! It's simpler early, but it's still very good! Basically everyone can make coffee in Italy! The roadside of La Spezia is full of tangerine trees!"

GGuest UserRoom had everything we needed, free parking was arranged as well. Little more attention to detail would be making it even better (wrinkly older towels, stains on the bed sheets, battery low on the ac remote).
The host communicated well and sufficient.
Stayed two nights when visiting cinque terre, I’d recommend to go and stay at one of the villages.

AAlfYYI LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air!
The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size.
Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000.
We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia.
Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.

AANASTASIIAModern hotel with great sea view and private parking. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is ok. But if you are going to explore Cinque Terra - it isn’t that easy since there is no train station in Porto Venere (you either have to go to La Spezia to catch a train or to go by a ferry with very limited time schedule options and crowds of people). In addition it’s better to keep your stuff locked in the suitcase

CChristutiVery spacious place and bathroom. Our room had a small kitchen with the basics that became very useful as we cooked two of the nights we were there. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Centrally located and very near places to eat, supermarkets, all kinds of stores and more. Lots of places to see and visit just a short drive away. Place is located right next to some train tracks but we barely noticed when the train went by. Limited parking. Great place, would stay again.

You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.
