The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Cinque Terre. The hygiene conditions are also good. The hotel's address on Trip.com isn't very clear; there are three locations. Two hotels are on either side of the train station hall (see picture below). The third is about 100 meters from the station, and this is the one listed on Trip.com. When checking in, I recommend exiting the station and checking in at one of the two hotels located right by the station exits – it'll save you from navigating around. The photo below shows the hotel's location at the station exit.

The room was clean and very easy to find, being close to the train station. Although the single bed was a bit small, it was perfectly fine for a two-night stay. It's an old apartment building, and the room is on the first floor, but you have to walk up 8 steps to get to it.

The location on the map is wrong; you need to go about 100 meters further, next to McDonald's, to find the front desk. The door was also locked, so you have to call the number on the door to be let in. It feels a bit like a guesthouse. If you're driving, their provided parking is quite far, even though it's free for 12 hours. We ended up parking our car directly in the train station's underground parking, which cost nearly 200 (local currency) for a day.

La Spezia is truly a beautiful city – it's very clean, and the people are super friendly. The accommodation is right above the train station, which couldn't be more convenient for visiting Cinque Terre. They offer free parking, but I accidentally parked in the wrong spot and got fined 10 euros by the parking attendant. Totally my bad, so everyone, learn from my mistake! There's an amazing steakhouse nearby called Nana; we had the most authentic Italian steak there, and it was incredible value for money. Overall, this place offers fantastic value, and the staff are really friendly. Highly recommend!
